Worst Customer Service Anywhere! They are SOO RUDE to customers! I’ve witnessed them CUS customers out! I’ve never once been in this location and not seen/heard the employees arguing and all out fighting with the customers!
I placed in order on the app, then immediately called to have it cancelled due to sending order to wrong location! And they first didn’t answer then answered less than 2 mins after I placed my order claiming it was already made?!? Yet, I never mentioned my name order number order details etc! They proceeded to hang up on me! So the guy at the subway I meant to send the order to told me to call them back, and they hung up on me again before confirming any or my information! Smh
The are obnoxiously disrespectful to their customers as if it’s entertainment for them?!?
I for one do not appreciate this disrespectful customer service in the slightest bit! I am from an area where businesses respect their customers! Well the employees at 5814 Silver Hill Road Subway do NOT respect their customers And they are proud of it! As they know they can treat customers with ZERO respect, because they are the only 24 hour subway!
This location is ALWAYS this disrespectful! Today was just the straw that broke the camels back! The nerve to hang up on a customer for soliciting your business is completely unacceptable!
If there is an owner or district manager reading this feedback, I beg you to clean up this disrespect immediately! This is beyond unprofessional and fully unacceptable! Please Help!
I usually try to avoid this location at all cost solely due to how poorly I and all customers are grantees to be treated!

Read moreOrdered several order totaling 10 subs. Used a combination of my debit card and some credit. I submitted them online via the Subway site. I got there and could see my order(s), however me giving my name which is a very unique name and knowing exactly how many subs there should be AND WHAT KINDS was not enough. The Subway employee refused to give me my prepaid orders and demanded I show my email confirmation for each. After about a 10-15 minute exchange, he gave me 8 of the 10 subs. The system did not send a confirmation for 2 subs however I showed the teammates where I clearly was charged. They did not care, there were other customers who had the exact same problem present, they demanded those people pay again or leave. They told us that they would not refund either. I stayed, they eventually went into a system and was able to see my other order that they hadn’t even made and it was now 45 minutes after my order pick up time. Read moreThey really could use some training on how to treat & speak to customers. Despite that offensive tone, I kept returning. The 24hours very convenient, plus my sub was always tasty. The attitudes got the best of me, had to skoot for a bit and spend my $$ eleswhere. Upon returning my sub was substandard, nothing special. Went back a few times in a row, something is lacking perhaps flavor, did not enjoy😞
Ok went back twice last week to try the $6•99 deal which was an amazing deal. Sandwich plus chips and soda. Hoping I would have a better experience, no same nonsense .This time l will stay gone!! I met a gentleman walking in the store the same time he pointed out he was coming from another location and decided to make a purchase closer to his home gets here and the same sandwich cost much more.
