Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I must admit I am very impressed with the turnaround this location has achieved. During my prior visits to this location before the remodel & rehire of employees, it was a very sketchie place. To name a few of the problem's I have dealt with involves long wait times, and cashiers with attitudes, unsanitary restaurant in dire need of cleaning, and never could get some support over the phone without being put on a long hold. I'm not sure if this was the reason this location was shut down for a few months.

Now they have reopened this location it is a very competitive pizza restaurant. The customer service now is outstanding. I was greeted coming through the door, and my wait time was less than 4 minutes for a whole piping hot pizza. I decided to give the phone ordering another shot, and with a 5-minute drive from home, my Supreme Pizza was ready by the time i arrived, which was so perfect. The place was updated and extremely clean. The environment was so pleasant that I will be revisiting this location in the future. I would like to thank all for making this possible.

While Little Caesars is not my favorite pizza restaurant ( you pay for what you get). It is making improvements where it counts. Looks like quick pizza is back...

This is a review about the employees, not the food. The food is always consistent.

Both of the employees didn't understand English even I was asking about a product that they have an another location. I was on the clock for work, and just wanted to run in. They told me they had pizza rolls ready at that time and when I got there they said they only have pizza. I'm saddened by this because I got very excited for that.

Moral of the story is that it would benefit the owner of this establishment to hire someone with more knowledge of English, even if it's a Spanish speaker who's more studied in the language.

The little girl answering the phone and taking orders need some serious customer service counseling. She answered the phone so poorly that I had to hang up and I call again because I wasn’t sure if I had called a business or a trap house since she answered the phone with “Haalo” instead of saying business name. Then when I went to pick the pizza 3 woman saw me standing there and none of them acknowledged me. The girl with the blond and black dreads finally came over, rolled her eyes and said CaN I hElp YoU. It was the same girl who answered the phone cause I heard her doing it again while I waited to be...
