Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

I had forgot about braum's for a long time because we didn't go by it enough to remember me and my friends have been by there several times during the day like around lunch time and the service was perfect by the time we got from the drive-through order around to the window was just like that and the food was ready and hot but then this past Sunday me and my daughter-in-law had worked on the house till like 9:30 10:00 pm I called to make a order they tell me that I cannot order unless there's five or more people or church so we said okay so we go by there and we order our food we get told to park in the parking lot and wait on it which we had to sit there probably 10 15 minutes on the food and the food wasn't like it was when we ordered during the day I guess it was just the night shift or something but the food wasn't hot like it was it just didn't taste the same as it did whenever we would pick it up at lunch time and was not as fast cuz we really didn't want to wait that long for food but we had to then we also ordered shakes and didn't realize it but they didn't ask me what size and they ended up bringing us a little small one probably when I go back there I'm going to be going there in the day instead of at night like this last Sunday their service was great...

I went in on 7/25 and ordered two orders with sweet tea. I got back to office and the yea was sour. I called spoke with Kim, who told me she would put my name down to get two free drinks because I was at work and could not return that day. On my way to work on 7/26 I stopped by to get the drinks and went thru drive thru was interrupted by a woman who was not the person taking my order and told I had to come inside for the "that". So I pulled around go inside was ignored by management and drive thru woman. Another lady came up to try and help me. She went to verify my name was not in the book like I was told and the manager had stepped out so no one could give me the cops for the drinks. I had also wanted to place a breakfast order which no one took. I waited 8 min to be told I simply could not have drinks until manager came back from eating. We got the best customer service when we went in on January 11, 2024 at about 1:00. I showed up with my two little kids and I had my hands full trying to get their food and drinks while they were bombarding me with questions and asking for the bathroom. The manager was kind and said she would make sure my belongings were safe while I got them to the bathroom. My kids both got the kids’ meals that came with books about different endangered animals. My three year old wanted the polar bear book, and the employees went through a whole stack just to find the book she wanted. The kindness was very appreciated and it made my kids happy.
