Deep Routes Coffee — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

Very welcoming store. When we came in the women were persistent we “signed in” which included our names, dob, etc. I personally did not want to enter. When I walked away I received a disapproving glare from a woman. Once we ordered, we where approached by a brunette woman that said shes doing a give away and insisted we must give her our names to enter this giveaway. I personally did NOT appreciate being pushed to enter a giveaway and give my personal information when frankly I would rather be left alone. The frappuccino was okay for a beginning coffee shop. I wish it wouldve been blended more and not had small chunks of ice in it. Do not plan on returning. Overall nice coffee shop but maybe going forward they can take constructive criticism and learn how to respect peoples boundaries. Especially not make them feel forced to enter...

Deep Routes is exactly what you want and appreciate in a local coffee shop- tasty coffee, friendly staff, and unique ambiance. I ordered a hot latte and my wife ordered an iced latte, and we both enjoyed our drinks quite a bit. Not too strong, not too weak, and reasonably priced.

The fellow who made our drinks served them to us while we were hanging out in the board game and children's book area, which is adjacent to a local artisan marketplace. Yep, eclectic, and wonderful. Bonus points for a very clean bathroom with a changing table and stool for toddlers to use the sink.

These people were so kind I ordered online and was confused by the online ordering and added alot of syrups that was already part of the drink I ordered instead of charging me anyways they refunded me and let me know that I had added stuff that was already part of the drink I ordered! I decided to get a brisket burrito once I got there and the kind person in front of me in drive thru had already paid for it!
