Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sulphur

I expected more out of dunkin... their vanilla coffee is great but has too much caramel definitely my favorite thing on the menu. If you order donuts check your bag before they rush you to leave because I can almost guarantee they're not in your bag even though they told you thats everything... their bagels have been burnt the two times I ordered them. Breakfast sandwiches are great but they could use less fake eggs on there. Remember the Koreans run donut shops near the location and are super nice 👌 Americans could definitely do some learning from them Update: today I received a donut that was clearly dropped on the floor🤮 they didn't even melt the cheese on my boyfriends sandwich. Very disappointed and will never be back or recommend...

I waited 30 minutes for a dozen donuts just to be told they weren’t making them and only had three of what i ordered. Which would’ve been fine if I’d been told that when they gave me the breakfast burritos but they didn’t and when I approached a member of staff to ask she was eating ice cream in clear view of the dining area and seemed so bothered that I asked. Then was incredibly rude the entire time about substituting the other donuts... I couldn’t eat half of them because of allergies and she didn’t apologize once...

Her staff lead and other employees were incredibly apologetic when my fiancé brought it to their attention and already had an idea of who it was. They didn’t mind refunding us but I don’t think...

Have been several times and the store is closed early or drive-thru only. No sign on the door to tell you.

Atmosphere: clean, a few tables. Their drive-thru menu did not match what they actually have. They had to read their entire menu to us at the drive-thru.

Service: just okay. Most of the time they seem bored or don't want to be there. Known to lock the doors early.

Food: a good variety of ice cream. They also have tea, treats and coffee.

The location is convenient for us. Otherwise, I'd probably...
