Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Sulphur

Very disappointed . Have had several children's birthday partys here over the years but will never again ! Very rude staff including manager who seems to be friends with his employees. Completly ruined the entire experience for us from start to finish . We even had party guest apologizing for the way we were treated . Also they refuse to give the kids their game cards til after party is over which is the reason for having party there. Doubled the price per child that was quoted when booked then shorted 4 kids on the game cards. So aside from the 200 spent for the party package ( we were quoted 80$ with 5$ for each child after the min 10 ) we had 13 kids got charged for 15 then shorted on game cards. Had to pay an additional 40$ to get them cards as mgr insisted employee gave us correct amount when i clearly had 4 children standing there without ! Then rushed us out because another party was scheduled right behind us. Will never return or recommend to anyone ! Also was refused an itemized receipt when asked for one. Have tried reaching out to upper mgmt or owner with no response. The parents of every child in attendance has also decided to never return as they were all...

Sulphur, Louisiana store. Hand wash station for 4 people to the right of the entrance door. Senior discounts are more on Wednesday. 2 senior buffets, with drinks and tax for$13.20 total. Includes salad bar, spaghetti, pasta, baked potato, bread sticks, 10 pizza buffet, 6 dessert pizza buffet, fountain drinks, and tea (sweetened & unsweetened). I've never seen them even run low on pizza. If you want something you don't see just ask for it and they make it right a way. Tables all have a napkin dispenser, salt and pepper shakers, cheese, and pizza pepper shakers. Restrooms are routinely cleaned and stocked. There are private rooms available for party's and events. Large game room in the west side of the building. There is a constant table bus removing plates when finished. Plenty of parking even for handicap. If all else fails you can call in your order for pickup or home delivery. I almost forgot the most important thing, the staff!!!! Friendliest most helpful people you would ever want...

My husband and I went for a quick lunch around 12:00 noon in Sulphur. The resturant was dirty. The pizza bar had different pizzas all mixed up together and everything was old and dried out. The spaghetti was mushy from sitting in water too long. The sauce had no flavor. The drink area was a disaster. They had a political news organization on the television, not something I want to deal with while trying to eat a meal. The dessert bar had toppings from regular pizzas dropped all over the dessert pizzas. The Apple pie pizza had jalapenos dropped all over it, really? The ladies room was so disgusting I had my husband take me to a gas station instead. And the staff cluelessly playing throwing food at each other in the back. Will never go back there and don't recommend...
