Wendy's — Restaurant in Sulphur

Terrible customer service. I ordered a Dave's double and a Dave's single. They tried giving me double stack wrapped in Dave's double paper and a single with 2 ounce patties on each burger. Then tried to gas light me and say that they were the correct burgers. It also took 20 minutes to receive the first 2 burgers. I checked my food saw that there were patties on my burger that were smaller than a McDonald's double cheeseburger. When I brought it back into the restaurant for them to fix my food the manager tried to tell me that it was the correct burgers. Then he back peddled and said oh sorry we had a really big order that we were working on. It then took another 10 minutes for them to fix their mistake. On top of having to wait 10 minutes at the order box in the drive through. So it took 40 freaking minutes to...

Easily the worst Wendy's experience. Not because of the staff, they were nice enough. Also not a rip on my meal. Food wasn't great (salty chicken, wilted old lettuce), but it's fast food, so what do you expect, right? The thing that made this visit so bad was the restrooms (ladies). Two stalls, both dirty and out of toilet paper, but one was clearly superior to the other thanks to it having a whole toilet seat. The other toilet seat had a third of it that was missing and neither hinge looked attached. The door handles were seriously gross and the sink faucet had stuff growing around it. It's Wendy's, so you know what to expect. I've no complaints about the consistency or quality of their products at all. What I do take issue with is the service. If you, like myself, have only an hour for lunch then I suggest you go elsewhere or you'll waste 50-75% of your time waiting to place and receive your order. It's never an issue of being busy, because at noon on a weekday they are no busier than any other establishment. They are less busy if anything. They seem well staffed, yet they take forever. I value my breaks too much to spend them standing in lines. The food is up to par with any other Wendy's I've visited, but the service extremely slow. It's like a time...
