We’ve gone probably 2 dozen times since opening. Some experiences are really good, we are in and out fast, drinks are hot (or cold depending on what we ordered) and the service is polite. However in the last 2 or so weeks, everything is the opposite. I spend on average 30+ minutes in the line with maybe 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. We have been skipped when in the line to order multiple times, like the people we place the order with will be talking to each other when we arrive and they will ignore us, then when the car behind us pulls in, they go to that one and skip us. Then when you place the order at the register, you can’t hear the person taking the order because of how loud the music is. But honestly my last 2 experiences really take the cake. Ordered a hot coffee, the person handed it to me with the lid half on and it spilt really hot coffee down my hand and arm, the guy stood there confused as hell for a good 10 seconds before grabbing the now dripping coffee from me and saying “these lids aren’t the best”. Ice was offered, which upon any burn training I’ve ever done, you are not supposed to use. They put the same lid back on the drink and handed it back. Then today, why did it take me over 30 minutes to get an iced coffee, no mods or anything. This location needs more training, needs to learn customers don’t have time to waste, and how to properly handle someone being burnt by a lid malfunction. Also, why is there a $3 up charge for no ice? You guys literally shove the cup 4/5ths full of ice, and when you ask for “light ice” it’s maybe half full. I understand not losing money as a company over no ice, but if your charging upwards of $8 a drink and they are 50-80% ice, we as customers are being screwed. Additionally, why is it that every time I’ve gotten a pup cup, within 30 seconds to a minute of receiving it, the cup is already only half filled, I know there’s no way my dogs can get to it that fast as they are secure in the back of my car. Read moreI've got to say, I'm a total sucker for a good coffee. I was very excited to have a new option so close to me and what seemed to be cheaper prices... But then, they opened, and for starters, the traffic backups this particular brew causes all day long are beyond dangerous and ridiculous although this comes down to proper project planning beforehand which was clearly NOT done at all. Now for the ambiance.... The music is played so insanely loud, you can't even hear what anyone is saying. I can't even begin to describe how loud it is other than if you were at a house party at midnight when everything is turned up. So now to the coffee... day one when they were giving free coffee out to all the people who worked in the shopping center, I will admit, their brunette was quite good. Nice coffee taste not overly sweetened. My second taste the girls convinced me to try their raspberry truffle chai latte... HUGE MISTAKE! It was so horribly sweet. It was like drinking syrup, the chai was non existent and when I said I wanted my drink hot, I wanted my tongue to tingle from the heat and that was not the case at all.... So I decided to give them one more try on their official grand opening today and try my all the time go-to vanilla chai latte, extra hot. When ordering I let the girl know my thoughts on the prior latte and she asked me if I wanted her to make it half-sweet. I told her no that it's ok, that I want to try it how its made. Well, I have officially been turned away from this coffee house. The vanilla was so sweet it hurt my stomach and the chai tasted like it had been extremely watered down. Read moreI've been wanting to try this place but haven't had the time to sit in the very long line until today. I had my 6 year old daughter with me. They didn't have a menu until you got to the window, but since they want you to order while you're in the very long line, just said menu was online. Well, their website was absolutely no help- no flavors or break downs, just the basic coffee names like cold brew, shake, etc. So, I blindly ordered- the boy that took our order was no help at all. I asked what flavor shakes they had so I could get my daughter (again, 6 years old) one. He froze up then said cookies & cream is a popular flavor. I said sure. He asked about whipped topping & chocolate sauce. I said absolutely, wouldn't be a milk shake without it & she loves chocolate. Then I said vanilla cold brew for myself. I was given a black iced coffee, which was absolutely disgusting and the milk shake? Yeah, not a milk shake. It was a coffee drink. Super unhappy about everything.
