Bro Man’s Sammiches — Restaurant in Summit Township

Been eating here a long time now and just slacking on writing a review. Didn't know why, because they're phenomenal. Until now. Now We know why.

It's their steak sandwich. Finally tried it after ignoring it for a year+ just because "it's basic." It is NOT. Omg. People over use the "better than (you know what)" statement wayyyy too much but this sandwich honest makes that post passionate hug glow even better.

Friends, picture this. It's 1 am on a decent spring night. Not too hot. Not too cold. You just had a killer O with a pretty person and a gentle breeze coming in from the open window. The kinda breeze that feels like it's actually kissing your skin. And you don't give a hoot if any neighbors or kids out after curfew heard you. You're lying there having barely caught your breath. Cuddling and drawing invisible pictures on each other's bodies with your fingertips. You mutually decide you're both hungry or at least can eat.

Throw on your comfiest loosest but not quite fall off your rear sweats and hoodies. Throw the hair in a messy bun and to hell if anyone can tell you just walk of shamed your way into the window booth talking about "a glass of water for now" and playing handsy under the table way more than actually reading the menu. But some fries and that milkshake look good. Your food finally comes out. You decided on that "basic" steak sandwich. There was obviously a joke about needing some protein. Your're sharing fries. Cause of course.

You poke around the sandwich a bit. Cherry picking bits of meat to taste test. Ok, it's pretty good. Uncle Roger would approve. You double fist this surprising large small monster and take an actual bite of the sandwich and OH GAWD. You wanna slide down the seat to the floor. If that milkshake was a food it would be this sandwich. You half scream "oh my god" like you're being touched all over again for the second time that night. Except you're not. But for sure that full body buzz is reintenisifying all over again. Forget the fries. Forget the milkshake. Hell, forget the cook looking over with a satisfying "yea I did that (shhh)" grin on his face.

This sandwich has you wanting to reach out and touch someone but also "don't touch me" cause don't they dare cut this high short. You're slap boxing your date over the bits of meat falling off the sandwich onto the plate. You ask the server for pickle slices. Pickles don't go with steak but damn if you don't have a chaser for this sandwich. You don't even wanna eat the pickles, just suck on them. You're moaning and oh my godding with every bite. Lawd have mercy if there's a karen present with anything...

Several of us at Boneyard Barbecue wanted to make a trip out to Bro Man's Birria N' Burger Joint and give them a try! Let me tell you, they did not disappoint!

If you want a delicious and massive cheesesteak, the cooper cheesesteak is the way to go. Best I’ve ever had! Extremely cheesy, and full of delicious, juicy meat. Also tried the new Bro Tato Dippers with the popper berry sauce as well. Game. Changer. Such a unique cut of fries, perfect for dipping into the berry sauce. Absolutely incredible flavor!

The quesabirria tacos were super flavorful and the texture was to die for! Love that they were served with bits of lime to squeeze onto the tacos! Really intensifies the flavor. Can’t wait to try the other styles next visit!

I don’t know another local place around to get smash burgers which are my favorite! The meat portion was great as it was slightly bigger than the edge of the large bun on all sides. Yum!

This is not a negative by any means, but there was a little confusion regarding the menu combos when ordering.The quesabirria tacos and cooper steak were ordered and we asked for them to be combos like the menu stated. Either it wasn’t an option to make those specific things combos or we were just charged separately for fries and a drink. Perhaps you can only make the burgers into combos and we just misunderstood? But also hoped the girls at the register would have stated that when we asked for combos. Once again, not a negative, but perhaps could be made more clear on the menu. Still happy to pay for the quality food we received. We had PLENTY to take home!

You can tell these are all fresh, amazing ingredients being used. The quality of the food is outstanding. It really is. That place is slammed and packed with customers consistently for a reason. You walk into the gas station and immediately smell the grills doing their work. I instantly knew just looking at the menu that this was gonna be good, and it didn’t disappoint. They were out of soft drinks in their supply, no worries, we just bought a bottled drink from the store. I’m fine with it if it means there’s an alternative and the strive for good food is there. I got the “big smash”, and I was immediately blown away with how good it was. These are those paper thin smash burgers you see all over the internet these days, and I can easily say it met the hype. Burger was juicy in the center, and the crispy edges added to it. The smash sauce was great and the other toppings were distributed right. I would have to narrow it down, but it’s at least in contention for the best burger I’ve had. The dipper fries were interesting, but a great twist over normal fries. Think of them like a cross between potato wedges and chips. The edges were crispy, while the inside was potatoey like a normal fry. They were seasoned perfectly and something I could probably eat by themselves, then the comeback sauce dip was a great add on to it.
