I paid 2 nights for a 2br queen suite. I came from 7hpurs away because I got news that my mothers brain cancer spread and she has 4-6 months to live. She is in a local rehab facility, and my entire family (15 people) went up to visit her. We were sitting in this lobby all day having a pic nic because my mom could use the ADA accessible bathroom in the pool area, because originally we wanted to just bring her to the rooms, but we showed up to find out there were no working elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. This also meant that all 15 of my family members (including one that just got knee surgery) had to lug absolutely everything up 3 flights of stairs. Besides that, my son was at the basketball court playing another kid that was staying there, and my son won, well my son was harassed the rest of the day every time the kid saw him, calling him names and trying to bully him. Well later that night, we had 2 year old twins and a 7&9 year old sleeping in the room, and we kept getting knocks at the door and my son saw the kid he had issues with and a bunch of small kids running down the hallway and told us it was them. Well we told the front desk, and ended up finding the kids in the 2nf floor stairwell on the way back up to our room. We confronted the kids with the hotel desk staff. We asked where their parents were and they refused to tell us so we could talk to them. They eventually started to go up to their room on the 3rd floor, and found out they were the room next to us. Well the kid who bullied my kid all day had his mom come into the hallway and told her she needs to git us... Well I stayed there for a minute waiting for the hotel staff to catch up, I was with my 14 year old son following them to their room, while the hotel staff took their grand old time from finding them on the 2nd floor to get up to where we were in the hallway. My son was telling her what her son had been doing all day and she ended up choking my kid out. He didn't say anything derogatory toward her and she was very short, my kid was taller than her and I'm a 6ft woman as well. Well once she choked my kid I stepped to her and started yelling at her to not touch my kid, all while never hitting her.... Believe me I wanted to. The another woman comes out of the room getting in my face as well and now 2 woman are chest to stomach with me( because they are short) and the one swings on me and catches me in the mouth.... AGAIN I DID NOTHING BUT HOLD MY GROUND AND NOT MOVE. If I'd of swung they'd of been done because of the size difference. At this time finally my nieces who were walking with the front desk woman up to where I was, saw what was going on and ran up and started yelling and screaming all while another older female came out of the room and was screaming in my face and the other 2 women were swinging on my nieces. I finally separated my group, as the staff finally got there.... So now we were all assaulted by these people, and we were called to the lobby (meaning the twins and other 3 young children sleeping) while they were in their room. Staff called the state police and we had to make a report. Come to find out, we were all getting kicked out, didn't matter anyone's side... They let the people who assaulted us pack their room up while we waited an hour to be allowed to go to our room to pack up. This is now 1 am before we got to got to the room and pack up. We had to drive 7&10 hours home that night.... With no sleep. Cops told us we weren't going to come back to press charges because we lived too far. Which he was right. I wasn't going to spend anymore time and energy on these phycho women and trouble making kids. This whole experience what disgusting. This hotel is disgusting, the hot tub is gross, there is a black 6inch residue around the top of the pool liner. The bath tubs in the rooms were disgusting. The no elevator with handicapped and knee surgery elders was very inconvenient. And making us leave when we did nothing wrong was disgusting for them to do to as well. DO NOT COME HERE. There is a nicer hotel in...

Let's break this hotel down by the good, bad, and the ugly. The rooms are definitely older but in decent condition, the bed was very comfy and no signs of bed bugs. The bathroom has a heat lamp which you don't see anymore. The shower had great water pressure with lots of hot water. The refrigerator is normal size and worked great. The microwave and stove worked well. The desk was good but the lamp needed a new bulb but Jodi never replaced it after asking for a new bulb on day one of a 4 night stay. The room in general smelled like body odor and the couch and chair also had a hint of mustiness about them. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and Terry made sure everyone had fresh waffles and everything else that was needed. The only things the buffet didn't have was peanut butter, fresh juice ( They did bring in small cups of OJ for guests), and cheese for the eggs. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were all clean and hot. The workout room is small but usable. The TV is good sized but apparently they do not have any local channels and the channel directory in the room did not match the channels. Which was confirmed by Jodi at the front desk and they couldn't explain why there were no local channels and the only way to see what was on TV was by channel surfing through all of the channels without a signal until you reached the channels that had a signal. The cable TV also cut in and out a lot which means their cable service is not the best in the world and it was hard watching anything as the cable kept cutting in and out way too much. One of the biggest issues was someone had a marijuana party in the hotel and the hallways and rooms smelled like a pot factory. However, after contacting the front desk about the horrible smell and odor of the marijuana they immediately pumped a industrial deodorizer into the vent system and made the hallway and room smell like a fruity marijuana factory for about two hours before the marijuana smell subsided. The good thing was, this deodorizer also cleared out the mustiness and body odor smell and made the room more tolerable. However, even though people can't read and smoked in their rooms, the front desk staff handled this incident very well and fast. The other issue was seeing people with their dogs urinate on the floor near the elevator and the dog owners just kept on moving and never made an attempt to clean up their dog mess, which is disgusting and ignorant. The front desk staff also handled this issue very well and cleaned up the mess so nobody would slip and get hurt. So, as long as you don't mind the small things I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as it's a good value for what you get even if there were some issues. I believe the staff did a great job with what they have to deal with. Donna at the front desk also deserves some kudos as she went above and beyond her duties since the manager was apparently too busy to come out and talk with me about some of these issues. Jodi needs to find out more about the cable TV instead of saying this was the first time they were in a room and couldn't explain why it wasn't working properly. This simply shows they don't take pride in their work place and should learn more about the rooms contents. Another perk of the room was the fireplace which worked great and added a bit of nostalgia to the room. The other perks are the hotel location, it's connected to the splash lagoon indoor water park which is freaking huge and has a ton of things to ride, play, and get wet on. Another location perk is the huge selection of restaurants, casinos, bars, stores, and more. You will definitely find whatever you need in this quiet little town. Oh yeah, don't forget the best part, the grape farms, wineries, beaches...

Let me start off by saying this is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in by far! Upon checking in the room it appeared very dirty and not cleaned well at all , the counters and table had food stains and crumbs all over them, the bathroom had pee stains around the toilet and hair clogging the tub drain also the mattress had stains on it as well. There was multiple things broken in the room the fire place was broken and not working, the thermostat kept lowering the temperature of our room making it unbearablely cold to the point my son couldn't sleep and ended up getting sick and missing a day at the waterpark because of it, the dishwasher was broken and pulled out of the wall the bathroom fan was broken. I asked upwards of 5 times to have these things fixed and was ignored everytime and they were never fixed. When I expressed my concerns to said front d esk manager named Alex she was incredibly rude and told me to cancel my upcoming reservation and to never come back to their hotel if I wasn't happy with my accomodations she also called me stupid among other names . Alex fraudulently charged my account $200 claiming we trashed our room she said she took pictures when I went to someone above her they reviewed the pictures and promptly refunded my money because they determined her claims to be false, the only reason she made these claims is because she was mad about the complaints I made about how filthy the hotel was and about all the things in my room that were broken or not working. She's on a huge power trip and needs to be removed from the front desk where she deals with the public and has access to people's accounts who knows how many other people she has done this to. One of my sons has severe special needs and has autism they have also made rude comments towards him during our stay so if you have anyone with special needs I would advise you not stay there. Also the real management of this hotel should reconsider who they employ the girl at the front desk Alex should not be working with the public she was one of the most unprofessional rude people I have EVER encountered, the girl that worked the front desk in the evenings she wouldn't give me her name was also incredibly rude and told me to take my business elsewhere if I wasn't happy, if anyone would check the schedule she worked on 9/18/2024 at 7pm There were also people running through the hallways yelling profanities in front of my children and they keep it up for upwards of 10 minutes when I brought it up to the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Also they advertise a free breakfast but it's so disgusting I don't know who would eat that slop , one day they actually served chili for breakfast , who serves chili for breakfast? If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would ! I already have a trip booked to come back in October but I already switched my reservation to another hotel I will never step foot in that dump again and I'm telling everyone I know not to either. This hotel is in desperate need of new management . I hope this review falls in the hands of the...
