Okay so I went to this Bob Evan's today because my fiance was in the mood for crepes. We got there got seated in about 10 minutes which is fine, and found out they didn't carry crepes anymore. Okay cool whatever, checked over the menu and decided what we wanted instead. Once we ordered our food we waited 30-45 minutes for our food to finally be served. While waiting my fiance asked for some banana bread. The server Karen stood around for about 5 minutes before bringing us the banana bread. And then brought out our food a couple minutes later after the bread. Then literally a minute or 2 after we got our food she brought us the check and just completely ignored us the rest of the time. When we were done eating we looked over the check to see that the banana bread wasn't on it. That made the whole situation a little better, but then went up to pay and ask for a box for my fiance since the server wouldn't ask. The total she told us when cashing out was wrong, and then explained that because we ordered the bread after she already printed the check they were adding it on there. Whatever works I guess, my fiance got her box and went back to the table to get the last piece of banana bread, only to see Karen putting everything away and threw the bread on top of some ketchup even though my fiance tried stopping her. She left her phone and keys on the table as a way to show we weren't done. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you like bad service and a manager that says "I don't know what you...
Read moreI met my parents here for lunch, this was our first time at this location. We were seated right away & the waitress was very attentive. It took quite awhile to get our food, a lot longer than expected & there was only a few other customers besides the 3 of us. When she finally brought it out, the pancakes that are normally huge were so tiny! Like they were made for a 5 year old!! They didn't taste any better either! When we were paying the bill, the guy asked how it was, so my mom told him that it wasn't very good. His response? Sorry to hear that! No discount offered whatsoever or even a free dessert. The worst part is when we went to our cars which were parked next to each other. They were sitting in like 6 inches of water! While we were in the restaurant it started to snow, like real wet snow. The water was running through the parking lot & since there was no drain it was collecting exactly where I parked. I had just got my leg wrapped at the Dr, I couldn't get it wet, so there was no way I could even get to my car. Thankfully my dad being the awesome guy he is, walked through it, had to get in on the passenger side bcuz the drivers side was much worse, climb over into the drivers side, which was no easy task with him being so tall then back it out for me. I couldn't believe the amount of water our cars were in! They would've had a helluva ice skating rink...
Read moreWent to this restaurant this past Saturday evening for the first time in years (we usually visit Eat'n Park). Atmosphere was nice and there is an impressive lobby area with a lot of merchandise for sale. Server was nice and did a good job overall. I did order biscuits with my omelet and they only came with a side of butter. I waited 10 minutes for the server to return and then asked for jelly. While I was sitting waiting for the server to return, I was thinking that jelly should be offered to all customers who order biscuits. By the time the server dropped off the jelly, the biscuits were cold. I ordered an omelet and it was very good. My wife ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and compared to the competition, it wasn't nearly as good; it hardly had any hot sauce on it. The worst part of the meals were the homefries. Half of them were burned and they did not seem fresh. They sort of tasted like they were warmed up in the microwave and were left over from the morning. Also, the homefries seemed deep fried. Personally, I think grilled homefries are the way to go. The atmosphere and customer service were overall decent; the food was a...
