MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

Stopped for lunch after some shopping was told the burgers were excellent here by a friend and there is no doubt about that. I had the double cheeseburger that comes with lettuce, tomato and ketchup mustard I had them hold the lettuce and tomato that way I could get a good taste of the meat I got a personal order of French fries they appear fresh cut and they come personal, sharing or family size my personal order was enough. My companion got the bacon cheeseburger also with a personal fries we both got regular size Cokes and although I'm a Pepsi guy they do have a good mix from the machine much like McDonalds so it was OK. Anyway back to the food it was brought to our table within a few minutes and the burgers and fries were both cooked perfectly and we're delicious the experience was very clean tables and the whole establishment was very clean very friendly staff would have another Mooyah in the future and try one of there shakes the next time. There prices might be considered a little high for a high end fast food joint but you will have to judge for yourself on that my companion and I talked about it and said it might get pricey to eat here everyday but who going to do that. We went for the first time yesterday and I can’t say we will be going back unless we really have to. It seemed a bit expensive for what we were buying but since we were treating ourselves, we were okay with that. We had to get our receipt changed twice as they charged us wrong and even then, it was still wrong. We didn’t want to bother them anymore so we let it go and just sat down to wait for the food. The milkshakes were good and my niece and nephew devoured theirs. But when our actual food came out, all of ours were slightly wrong as if they were so rushed they couldn’t have been bothered to check. We would have been fine waiting a few extra minutes for our food so it matched what we paid for. My mom asked for extra pickles and she had one pickle on the whole burger, I had a badger burger that came with no bacon (which it is supposed to come with), my nieces burger was smothered in mustard, and it seemed my nephew got all of my mom’s extra pickles. Since we were all very hungry and tired, we didn’t bother trying to fix it anymore so we simply ate what we had and left. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service — Avoid This Location

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I placed my order exactly how I wanted it, but when they brought it out, it was completely different from what I ordered. When I politely explained the mistake, the staff told me I would have to pay again if I wanted it corrected.

I refused to eat the wrong order and asked for my correct food. Instead of fixing it, the girl printed a receipt and insisted “this is what you ordered.” The receipt wasn’t even mine — she couldn’t locate my actual order at all. I gave the food back, untouched, and asked for a refund. She refused, and the manager also refused.

They wouldn’t provide their names, and the manager could barely communicate in English. Rather than simply correct their own mistake or process a refund, they stood there arguing and doing nothing. Unbelievable.

I would strongly advise Mooyah corporate to look further into their staff at this location to see how they are treating customers and driving business away. This location clearly doesn’t value its customers. I will never return, and I strongly recommend taking your...
