Bar none one of the worst restaurant experiences my wife and I have had at a restaurant. Emily seemed to be a bit crazy, as when prompted about sub par, mealy noodles, she simply took the food and would not process a refund. I just wanted 1 of 2 meals refunded as I ate most of mine but wanted to just let them know it was very poor quality, and wanted a refund for my wife's untouched food.
Instead, she said there was nothing she could do about the experience and took the food.
I left the counter not really knowing how to handle the situation and went back to my table to think about what happened. After a few minutes, I went back to ask for a dish replace my wife's. She proceeded to continue giving me a hard time and when questioned about the whole poor experience simply got even more hostile/defensive.
Emily: Simply offer a new meal to be made, or a refund for the sub par food. Why did you have to make this your last stand and make a scene? I asked nicely in the first place

The girl at the register might have been nice, but she sure wasnāt very bright. When I finally got my order (it WAS pretty timely, granted they werenāt busy at all-wonder why) there was parm on top, the chicken was on the side because āshe didnāt know if I wanted chickenā on the buffalo CHICKEN mac (even though I already paid?? Like obviously lol) and the side of buffalo sauce was A JOKE. I seriously laughed out loud when I saw the 3 drops of sauce that didnāt even cover the bottom of the sauce cup. When I went back in, they did remake it for me (which was expected) but I almost felt like I had to BEG for the extra sauce. Like just charge me for it if itās such a big deal. The cherry on top was the manager not allowing an off duty discount for me, an employee of a different noodles location. Iāve gotten the discount there before, and Iāve probably worked at noodles longer than that manager. This is where the misadventure started! There were only single bar-type seats, no seats available that were together. We had to change our order to take out, which we were assured was fine and would be right out. My handicap mother decided it was best just for her and I to wait in the car, so we left. After 50 minutes I proceeded to make sure that everything was okay as my dad had not come out yet. The food was not ready and there were many other unhappy customers that kept coming up to the counter we were waiting at. When we did get our order, after waiting for an hour, the order had not been placed correctly and what was correct was frigid.
