Worse service EVER!!!! Don’t waste your time going here. Waited 15 min at the bar to be served and two girls sat down next to us and they were served right away. Will never go back!

To reply back to your response Mr. Owner, Firehouse Tavern, It sounds like the video coverage was not of the evening that we were there or the wrong time frame. I did not post the review the same night we went to the crappy tavern. Yes, we have been in there before and we have had decent service. But on that particular evening we did walk in, we gave the young lady up front our name and # of people to be seated and we waited alittle while. Two seats came open at the bar area. I then asked the same young lady that I gave our info to if it was okay to sit at the bar and be served there and she said "yes". So we did! That is when we sat and waited and waited and then the two young ladies that were regulars got there and were served right away. You ask me how I know they are regulars, because the were chatting away with the bartender like they were best friends. We also were never ever approached by anyone at the bar what so ever while we were there. There was an older gentleman by himself sitting at the bar a few seats away and he was talking to my husband complaining how bad the service was and said good luck on getting served. Well we waited alittle longer and the gentleman was right, no service. So you see Mr. Owner, the young lady in the front should have told the bartender that there were new customers at the bar area that needed to be served. So a little advice for you Mr. Owner, please train your employees on how to take care of customers when the come to your establishment. And NO we were not just customers that JUST walked in. They have very irresponsible bartenders that keep serving intoxicated Customers which is supposed to be illegal in Ohio. What a lousy place to see drunk people barely able to sit but still getting their drinks refilled. If you love drunks, this is the place go.

In response to the owner. This review is not fully about my husband. But as you have mentioned, he does go there when he wants to get black out drunk because he knows he will not be refused. Next to him in the bar was a guy that was holding on to people that he doesn’t know to stand up. Case in point. Though as adults, they have responsibilities to be responsible drinkers but as an establishment, you also have the responsibility to refuse an intoxicated person’s request to get more drinks. As you mentioned that he was not allowed to drive, I took his keys, not because your employees were concerned. As being UBERED, he was UBERED from the bar to your house, instead of directly to his house and you refused to have him picked up from there. This restaurant is consistently bad with service. This makes three times in a row where the service was horrible for us. Our experience there tonight was getting food with no silverware at the table to eat it with. We asked for silverware, we got it 15 minutes later. No plates either, we asked for plates, 15 minutes later we got 2 plates even though there were 3 of us at the table. When we asked for one more plate we were told 'they're in the dishwasher'. The traditional wings I ordered as my entre came out before anyone else's entre. I ordered hot, they were garlic parmesan and oddly they were all flats, no legs. I sent them back, 20 minutes later we got the old 'they're plating your food now' line from our server. 15 minutes later food came out including the onion rings that were ordered as an appetizer. Oh, and my wings, ironically, they were all legs, and I was told 'sorry, we ran out of flats'. It cost over $70 for three of us to eat there with only one beverage on the bill.
