I love going to this ice cream place. The prices can't be beat, and the quality of the paletas, ice cream, and every other item on the menu is high quality, and absolutely delicious. The ice cream is made from scratch, and it always tastes heavenly. This ice cream shop is always full, and I don't ever remember this place not being full, and I go here pretty often during the spring and summer. This place is absolutely awful. The service is shockingly bad — slow, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The environment is filthy, with visible dust and grime everywhere, making it feel unhygienic and unwelcoming.
