Happy Lemon — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Salted cheese foam is life! When I read about this trend, I sought out the nearest Happy Lemon to try it out and it didn't disappoint.

What is salted cheese? It's a creamy foamy layer that is usually made of heavy cream, condensed milk, sea salt, and cream cheese. The heavy cream is whipped to soft peaks then the cream cheese and condensed milk are blended in to create this heavenly salty and sweet layer over your tea.

The first drink I tried was the Matcha Latte with REGULAR Salted Cheese. The menu pairs the matcha latte with a tiramisu salted cheese, however, the barista recommended the regular one and I agree, it was perfection! I never tried the tiramisu salted cheese, so if you do, please let me know how it is.

The second drink I had was the Green Tea Salted Cheese, this was also delicious, much lighter flavor and refreshing, perfect to cool off on...

I Went straight to pick up section and no one asked me anything, they just kept walking past me. II stood there for a minute while they saw me but wasn't going to acknowledge my presence so I asked the closes employee about my order that I was here to pick up and the young angry looking boy behind the counter said it's not ready and walked away. Minutes later when I could actually find someone to ask again about my order they indicated something but wasn't clear. I was asked to walk around on the other side of register to sign receipt so I did walk through the order line just to sign my name on receipt. Then she gave my my order that was sitting there the whole time. I think my favourite drink here is the Okinawa! I tend to always just kinda land on it, and it's so darn colourful that you're basically just drawn to it like a moth to a raging blaze of fire and lights and death! So Metal!

It is, however, a little sweet, even with all the lower sweetness options they have. But hey, that's just me, and maybe you love candy a lot more than I do. What? Just because I have a little more self control than you, I'm suddenly the bad guy?

They are doing well with COVID-19 preparations as well, so that's chill, because it's nice not to have to worry about all the idiots running around, "It's a hoax!" they all yell through their ventilators....
