Ordered a deal for 2 medium pizzas with raiders cups. We got a call saying they couldnāt deliver in the last 30 minutes before closing. Unless that was a new rule thatās a lie. I used to work for a Pizza Hut in North Las Vegas and we had to accept orders until closing. We do pickup instead because we want our food and we were told that they would have to cancel the delivery and replace it as a pickup. On the way, we missed a call and when we called back they told us they werenāt accepting any orders within the last half hour. We told them we already placed an order and they called us. The woman on the phone stated that they were going to cancel our order since they were closing soon. My husband responded saying we were about to pull up. The woman rudely said that we only had 10 minutes. When we get there, my husband goes in to get the pizzas and comes back to the car even more upset. They asked him if he was placing or picking up and when he asked if they accept orders 10 minutes before closing the employee told him that itās different for carry out. They give him our pizzas, throw the sauce on top of the box rudely and were not going to give him our Raiders cups. When he mentioned the cups he was told that since it was a delivery order it had to be delivered in order to get the cups. He responded that the order was replaced as a pickup and he should still get the cups we ordered. The woman went to the back and brought out one cup until he said there should be two. The woman did not believe him and had to ask her manager before giving him the second cup. While he was inside, he could see the pizza tracker that stated three drivers were on deliveries and one had left only two minutes before we got there. So we couldnāt get ours delivered because there was 30 minutes left before closing but THREE drivers were currently delivering? Also, I got a pizza and requested square cut, and after everything we were put through with the lies and contradiction of themselves I find out that my pizza was not even cut how I asked. I realized after finishing the order I wasn't given the option of which crust I would like on my pizza. When i retuned to the car i remembered and went back in. No one was infront and i tried to get their attention before they started on my order. Rudy walked up and spoke to me in a condescending tone and said dont be leaning on my counter. I made it clear that i was just trying to get theit attention. His his tone and demeanor came off unnecessarily rude and combative. I tried to remain calm but as he continued to speak to me as if i wasn't a customer who had just spent money at this establishment i began to get upset and told him to watch how he is speaking to me. I asked for the manager and to my surprise he arrogant lets me know that he is the manager when i asked for the corporate number he also informed me that it was a franchise location and nothing would really be done. I have never felt more disrespected in my life and i am not even comfortable eating this food he went to the back and im sure something was done to my order. I want to make this complaint here on Google as well as online at pizza hut.com and calling the corporate number even tho he tried to discourage me from doing so I never want anyone to experience what i did nust trying...

Seems like we only get the great food, excellent deliveries, and very hard working people who take pride in what they do. Our delivery folks are always earlier than expected, with fresh hot food. The Big Dinner Box is the BOMB! The crust on these pies are tender and really gives the tastebuds a treat. Nice Job Folks! Didn't seem to know how to access the information by phone number. Took the order 3 times, and still couldn't repeat it back correctly. Gave an ETA, but when I called back after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, claimed they didn't have a delivery driver. Lied and said the driver knocked on our door and no one answered...we were sitting on our front porch, so the driver must have been invisible. Lied again when she claimed she tried to call us.. no incoming call on my phone. Manager, we've always had a great relationship with your store, and will order again, but if this person answers the phone, I'll order elsewhere until she is...
