I think almost every pair of glasses I've owned has come from this office going forward they will have none of mine or my family's business. I made an appointment back in October to be called 2 days before my appointment that it hadn't been a year since my previous eye exam which they failed to notice the second insurance that would have taken care of the exam and made no offer to reschedule. I scheduled my dad an appointment in January for may it was emailed with no explanation as to why it was canceled. Than my Dad goes to make a new appointment with Costco only to be told this office was still holding his insurances eye co pay despite canceling the appointment so my wife than had to call his insurance who had to call this office and get it released so he could make the appointment with Costco so you can say good bye to my family's business and us referring...

I had an appointment and filled the paperwork out online before I came and still waited 45 minutes to been seen by the doctor. I filled out a paper selecting to have the Optomap done instead of dilation but the assistant did not perform that test. I was taken to one of the rooms by one of the assistants and seated in the chair when another assistant came to the room with another patient stating that was their room and that they were their first. After a 30 second conversation in another language, the assistants agreed it was not my turn so I was sent out to the waiting room to wait another 5 minutes before I was finally placed in a room. I was seen by Dr. Kelly McLauchlin. She was great and is the only reason I'm even giving this establishment 3 stars. Next time I'll find a different location or...

One of the best places and best experiences I ever had. I went there looking to replace my current eyeglass lenses and get prescription sunglasses. Upon entering, I was greeted by Rana (Manager) She was very pleasant and directed me around. A few moments later Mary came over and She was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out 2 other Dolce &Gabanna frames, due to a promotion they are having. I ended up getting 2 Dolce&Gabanna frames and a pair of Rayban Prescription sunglasses. I was soo happy and excited. I felt as tho I had won the lottery. Love them both and this Place! This location is Awesome. You all need to go here, You wont be disappointed.
