I've only eaten here once and it didn't go well. To start off with, the guy at the front that takes the orders was very roud. When I said hello he said yeah. No customer service at all. We ordered 3 meals this last sunday to go, and some thai tea. The thai tea was good and the wait time wasn't bad at all. When we got home though the food was just awful. Rice soaked in soy sauce. Noodles soaked in soy and possibly oyster sauce (which made the noodles taste off). The orange chicken was drenched in what was no doubt a sloppy mix of ketchup and sweet and sour. Theres a way to fix and prep the sauce for orange chicken. Slopping it on the food from the bottles ain't it. It was just a bad experience. We all ate a little from our meals because it was 30 bucks or so from the lunch special and we felt bad to waste the money (I'm so glad we didn't pay dinner prices woulda been like $50 probably). The worst part is I got sick from the food. It was the only thing I had eaten that day but by night time I was running to the bathroom over and over. Its 3 days later and my stomach is still having issues. So the food may not have been cooked properly. My family is ok and didn't get sick but I'm the only one that had orange chicken. So maybe that chicken was undercooked or tainted. I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I see on the reviews a lot of people have had a good experience and like the food. So maybe this restaurant is not always off the mark like with my experience. For it being the first time I've ever entered or eaten there though, that's all it takes. One really bad experience to not eat there again and leave a bad review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order online at 6:30pm Monday 6/16/2025. ETA was 6:44pm-6:49pm. Showed up at the restaurant at 6:45pm only to find that the doors were locked. I knocked on the door several times and nobody answered. I didn't see anyone inside. I tried calling the restaurant, but the calls forward to a third party receptionist service. She said the restaurant is open until 9:30pm. I told her I was standing in front of the restaurant and the doors were locked. She was surprised by this and attempted to call the owner. We are still waiting on a call back from the virtual receptionist, but at this point I've waited for 20 minutes outside a locked and empty restaurant. I told the receptionist they'll either have to refund our order or deliver it. If there was an emergency or something, I would expect online orders to be turned off and there to be a sign or something on the door, but there is no sign and they still took the order online (and our money). If you can't be bothered to be open during your posted hours and I can't count on you to actually make my order when I place and pay for it, then I'm not interested in supporting your business. Pretty despicable if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went there and saw a young cashair. She is the most poker face person with no personality. She looking at you but she is not looking at. She doesn't talk very much. I asked her it was my first time what she recommends. After a few second staring at me with that blank look she said with out moving her lips "the menue". I smiled and told her " I was hope that you will give a few recommendations". She did not react ro my comment what so ever with that blank look. I said to her please don't say anything, jokingly, nothing from her again. I said to her ok I will try the Kung Pao Beef. It was really good. The fried rice that came with the special was freshly made. The food is good. I have been in the restaurant business for the 20 years and food was good. After my order she went back her phone. I will try this restaurant with my friends tonight and see...
