-3(neg) stars DISATISFIED SINCE WALMART DGAF I’m leaving this review only for the new people that should be given a WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! In the last 15 years that I’ve been to n Nellis location and I even moved away 8 yrs came back & some things will never change. I’ve had only 1 decent shopping experience at this location and it was my first time I went there so we’re talking long time ago. I really believe that they require the rudest nastiest meanest worst in customer service employees to work there then I’ve ever seen in my life! Maybe they give bonuses to the employee that upsets or insults & discriminates the most customers! I’ve left in tears from these rotten people! I’ve waited 45 minutes to get in the case to get eye drops left without them after I heard an employee say to another psssh I don’t have no key so I’m not going to open it. He couldn’t even tell me that and there were 4 employees stocking right there none had a key and the guy just watched me keep pushing the ridiculous senseless buttons. In this store that button gets pushed and that tells the guy with the key to go on break. I’m think it’s same guy for laundry soap and electronics department just one guy one key all them buttons and 100000’s customers 1000 employees & one key one guy! Do yourself a favor SPARE YOUR LIFE FROM THE HEART ATTACK THESE PEOPLE WILL CAUSE YOU & GO TO ANY OTHER WALMART. They still havent changed after all these years! I had brain damage today I guess I thought I’d play with my life again. I got my husband a blood pressure monitor it took three readings and batteries needed replacing already. I figure with shipping the way it is I better get a manual machine takes no batteries. Hes got heart disease anyways Miss Kelly the wonderfully rude & put out customer service gal informed me that they don’t accept blood pressure monitors for return. After she said im not straining my eyes to read the numbers on receipt because with this fun disappearing ink Walmart uses now they don’t even last a whole month. Hmmm seems lil peculiar to me. So she refused to do the return but said they don’t take them on returns. SO DONT BUY BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINES HERE YOULL BE STUCK WITH IT! This is my final try. My entire family and church ward won’t go to that Walmart and here I think I’ll give em benefit of doubt and they stick it to me again. I also want to comment about the fake reviews by employees below (it’s obvious) because this place is like twilight zone there’s so many shelves with labels and products DO NOT MATCH. Read moreYou people at Walmart are very rude and you need to be more customer obsessed when a customer asks you a question you don't go and say well it's probably the internet or you probably don't have the right store and your thing you're holding a zebra I'm asking you to check the price because the price checker I have does not work and it shows please put the right store in there and I have the right store and you see that but you still not willing to help everything in your toy department that has a red tag or your house where the department that has a red tag does not have a scannable price it's in your system but then it tells you to put the right zip code in for the store even though the store number is blatantly on top of your app but it's still not allowing you when you price check it's saying you you need to put in the store but the stores already there all your items from your close house we're in toys need to be re and put it you shouldn't have ripped off the tags for people can know what the prices is I have one dress that had a tag on there for $4 and then I have one that didn't have a price and it wasn't coming up but it was the same exact dress your system is flawed and you need to be more customer obsessed you walking around telling people 10 people walking around in the toy department stocking up telling me this is not their Department they're just helping out then I asked when I got to the self checkout to talk to a manager your head security that's been there for over 10 years tells me nobody is here to talk to me about the issue about not being able to scan in the app y'all need to do better or just better yet go to a Walmart the workers care about the the customer this one they just up there they're sweeping and acting like you in the way while they cleaning up but you shopping spending your money but they worried about sweeping and put in a boxes out s648 in the morning when shit should have been put up smashed out took it to the compactor by now but y'all still putting stuff out why people are shopping and then y'all being really rude about it I'm going to a different store y'all have a blessed one I hope everything gets better over here sooner than later cuz this store is trash like y'all treat people...
Read moreWhat a disaster! To start things off, there were NO shopping carts to use. I was greeted by the smiling old man standing at the front of the store but that still didn't ease my ANXIETY, of knowing I had a list of items to get and now had to narrow it down to what items I could carry.
So after grabbing what I could hold in my arms, dropping numerous items along the way, I made it to the registers, only to see EVERY single register line extending out, with approx. 15+ people in each. EVERY SINGLE LINE! Some had more, but none had less, and some ended approx midway thru the center of the store.
After picking my line and waiting 22 MINUTES to check out at the register, I scanned my few grocery items, and when I went to pay, there was no cash option. MIND YOU, while I was standing, patiently waiting in line, an employee walked by, and I ASKED HER which lines were card only. She then made a loud announcement that lines #17-22 were card only payments. I was at LINE #14.
Then after calling the worker over and asking her why it was NOT ACCEPTING cash when this wasn't one of the registers announced as CARD ONLY, she said the other employee made a mistake and she'll have to cancel it on this register and told me that I had to take my things to another checkout. I asked her if she was going to take me to an available register when she chuckled and said "No, you'll have to pick another line" I said "And WAIT ANOTHER 20 plus MINUTES you're out of your mind"!
And I LEFT, GROCERY-LESS!!
And since then, I've gone back twice. Both times, still experiencing horribly LONG, slow LINES. I don't know why Walmart needs so many lanes, with only one or two cashiers per shift schedule. This obviously ISN'T WORKING.
I'll do my shopping at Smiths and Target from now on. It's just NOT WORTH the HASSLE to deal with Walmart anymore. Nor WORTH MY TIME! OR...
