Bernice and Manny were the salespeople we met. Manny tried to sell the chair to this set SEPARATELY for $700, but Bernice handled it, and my husband purchased this furniture on April 10th as a birthday gift (June 1st is MY birthday 🎂) for me. On April 20th, they finally deliver the 3 pieces sofa, loveseat, and chair (see video). Three days later, the light on the sofa left side went out. We called, but they couldn't get anyone out until April 30th. The repairman said we should get a replacement because the conduit contact was not connecting to make the lights work on the left side (see photo) After a few days we did not hear from the store, so we called and we're advised that the replacement part was ordered and we would not receive a replacement sofa. We were advised there was no time frame for this part to arrive. We waited another few days and called again, only to hear the same information. My husband decided to visit the store to speak to Manny in person and was advised it would be another week. Another week goes by, so I called and wS given the number to the "main" office to speaker with the manager. I finally went to the store and spoke with Manny, who advised me to call Laura because he thought the situation had been rectified. I called Laura, she was rude, condescending, just flat out nasty. She told me that sge wS not replacing my sofa and that I had to wait until the manufacturer (who is in CHINA...see photo) sent the parts to fix my sofa. I advised her that I had been making payments on a product that was not functioning correctly and that I was the customer who wS not happy with the way she spoke to or treated me. She reiterated her statements, and I hung up. I found out they had already received payment for my furniture from the finance company Kafene. I called KAFENE explained and basically was told they would "speak" to them to try to assist. I would say NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR TIME WITH SUCH A SHODDY BUSINESS LIKE HALF PRICE FURNITURE!!! They have NO RESPECT for their CUSTOMERS who keep them in business!!!...
