Was waiting for this place to open up! Was finally surprised to see they opened! Review will be in 3 sections, atmosphere, service and food Atmosphere- Small, cozy and has some warmth feeling to it, makes it a pleasant dining experience. No windows/covered up. Service- Staff welcomed me in as I entered, service is prompt and staff repeatedly checks in a timely manner. Food- I had ordered, tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri, takoyaki, the shit, and burning your ass roll. Tuna/Salmon Nigiri- no issues, tastes as expected. Size is the same nigiri sizing as other sushi AYCE restaurants. The Shit- most places serve it in 2 pieces, here it is served in 4. I was a bit surprised, but you definitely get a better deal here. The fish mix used here is more prominent and I feel like I can taste some cuttlefish too which just adds extra flavor. The only thing I was not fond of was the excess in sauce, it was over glazed in it. Takoyaki- tastes great, wasn't like lava as I ate the 4 pcs. Good amount of fish flakes and Sauces. Burning your ass roll- This one, I was surprised as well, It isn't as spicy as other restaurants, but the ponzu flavor was much more present compared to spicy. Other than that, very delicious. Overall, for an ayce sushi in this part of town, it stands out as the fish taste much better and flavorful than most places in this part of Wast Vegas. For the best value, opt for AYCE and not a la carte.

What a great spot. I frequent this area a lot and am happy to see Fuji Feast here. The restaurant is not that big. I'm sure if you have a big party, they can put tables together. The decor is also nice. We sat right where the food was coming out from the kitchen, so someone was always standing right by our table (back facing). Food: Agedashi Tofu Red Dragon Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Enoki Chips The rolls are a good size. Easy to bite. The Red Dragon Roll was a little disappointing. I could not taste the garlic ponzu sauce at all. I will say that the fish was fresh. The Agedashi Tofu was so good. I've never had a huge piece like the one served before, but it's still good. I would recommend the restaurant to give a knife or something to cut it. The highlight!!! Enoki Chips. It was so light, and the chili flake seasing was a game changer. I loved the crispiness. I will definitely return.

I had eaten at Fuji Feast on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and two kids ages 9 and 6. Before we ordered, I told the waitress my mom was only going to eat a la carte and the rest of us AYCE sushi. The waitress said the whole party at a table has to be eating AYCE and can't mix with non-AYCE patrons. It didn't specify that on the menu. It just says no sharing. Then later when we got the bill only one of my kids was charged with the Kids AYCE Price. It clearly said on the menu that kids ages 5-10 would be charged with the Kids AYCE Price. The waitress said my 9 year old was already past the "adult height." I told her there should be an update, but she didn't reply back. I just wished she would have told us before we ordered, a sign somewhere, or an update added to their menu.

10-17-2024 We were looking forward to the opening of Fuji Feast Sushi All You Can Eat restaurant, so today we went there for lunch. The food server came quickly and wanted to take our order, but this being our first time there, we had to look over the menu, so we needed more time. We finally made up our minds and placed our order. The first order came, which was the Pink Lady Roll ($12.50) and I was not impressed with the looks of it. It turned out to taste okay, but it was not what I would expect from other sushi restaurants. It took a very long time until the salmon roe (@ $4.55 each) and the unagi (@ $4.55 each) came, and when they finally arrived, I was very surprised to see how tiny it was. So extremely tiny! I don't think the photo accurately depicts the small portion size. It was so tiny that it would not have been enough, even for a child. So the salmon roll was $9.10 and the unagi was $13.60. Given the portion size of everything, this entire experience was not worth it and we will not be back. In fact, we had to go to another restaurant to have lunch because we were still hungry. We arrived at Fuji Feast about 12:15 p.m. and there were not very many people...just 4, I think. Yet, the food arrival was...

Had high hopes for a new spot on the East Side, but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by how SLOW it was to get our food. It took more than 30 minutes for us to get all of our food from the first round of ordering. The rolls were way too big mostly due to the amount of rice. And the sashimi-to-rice ratio was not good—again, too much rice. The rice was a bit hard on the nigiri and just carried the wrong texture being way too much chew. And when we got our order of salmon nigiri, the fish looked shredded to bits as of cut with a dull knife. It just wasn’t very appealing.

There might have been about 10 tables going on at the time (and it was early evening Friday), and 2 servers. They were very nice and were the saving grace of my experience there. I just can’t let go of how slow the food was and it almost ruined my experience there to be honest.

If they want to improve to sustain a quality business, they need to really finesse there food prep speeds as well as getting the basics of their dishes in order. Currently can’t recommend this spot as there are more quality and faster AYCE spots maybe 15-20 minutes into Henderson. I do hope they improve and...
