Arby's — Restaurant in Sunrise

This location needs a lot of work. Regular critical items are often not available. (Like buns) Often the sandwiches are missing an item or two, wrong sauce, etc. They're clearly thrown together and it's all very sloppy. The drive through is also a mess. Whatever you order, no matter the time or the day, you'll be asked to back up (to reset the timer) and most of the time you'll also need to pull forward and park and wait for the food. It's a very oddly shaped parking lot. Difficult to navigate especially in the dark. Several times I've been there long after opening time to find the doors locked also. The food at ARBY'S CAN be great. If it is executed correctly it is absolutely fantastic. But I don't come here as often as I'd like to because there is almost always some kind of issue just trying to pick...

My first time in an Arby's, but I gotta assume this is one of the better ones. The people working there were super friendly and efficient, but they didn't seem rushed and frazzled like other fast food places. They even asked me if I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh fries or if I was in a rush they'd give me what they had. It's just little things like that that make a place stand out to me.

Also, I think having all the sauces out for customers is a huge plus. I hate being nickel and dimed for dipping sauces and stuff at other places where here I could get all the sauce I wanted. (I'm torn between the spicy pepper one or the horsey sauce as...

Update: I decided to give them another chance, and the visit was much better. The dining room was neat and mostly clean tables, but also behind the counter seemed much cleaner and better taken care of. The crew working this time was much friendlier than the last.
