This McDonald is in my neighborhood close to Plantation. Florida. since they launch that app. I have had nothing but concerns misunderstanding stuff. That doesn't make any sense. They have the worst app that is out. You get there and place. I always place my order ahead of time and when I get there. Either the waitress or waiter or cashier tells me that. The computer's download is the system's down now. They've already collected my money because I have a credit card on file, I specifically asked a young lady well since I paid for my meal because she said they couldn't accept credit card. I said ma'am, my credit card was done online now, why I couldn't get the meal, aren't she or somebody couldn't verify it, I don't know. I guess just have system was down. So here I am running around. Trying to find something to eat when I have a order at my neighborhood. McDonald's, which they cannot give me my money back. Your apps specifically says you can't get your money back. Somebody needs to rewrite this app. I just get rid of it. Because now I've been charged and the customer shouldn't have to call in and be harassed. Nobody's asking phone over a refund. The young lady told me and maybe you are compared to that. If they do not fulfill that order that eventually the money will go back to my card. Peri don't understand what is going on. I don't know if the. Employees have been trained properly on the app, but somebody needs to step in and do something you have managers. There is awful when you go inside the place you can't manage your standing around nobody's taking any orders, everybody is back in the back and customers were standing awake how they get away with it. Maybe it's when a French eye has a French eye as he's having to go, maybe it's one of them, but somebody needs to calm down there and tell them. Then you just get this straight now. I am so sick and tired of every single time. I go to that McDonald's be dying in or pick up the driver. Is always an issue. And now I'm risking getting my credit card because I have a credit card or credit cards on file that I pay for the front end when I get to win the system down. Now I have no food but you all have my money hopefully, bad taxes and you'll be able to send back checks because you have to write it. I'll do something in your taxes because there's A. I've never knew that needs to be reforget. I haven't got my food. That deal is a mess. That is a hot mess. You're gonna give me a demon. I aint got a decision. I'm gonna pull up my reward points. That same day since I didn't get to use my deal. The automatically subtracted 6000 points from my 20000 points and did not put them back. But yet I didn't get the meal. I don't know who wrote that program. They got they make money on you all. They make some good money cause that stuff does not work. It is awful once I've finished my point. If I just even do it. I'm canceling the app. I wish somebody from corporate would call me. Because I am do my refund. I am doing some cheaper as something hell. I get to eat their fruit for a year because this is a mess. This is a mess you can't order deal with the deal. It's a mess, it is a mess and it's just setup. It's this, it's just a setup. I already extra money for the com. I don't know, but I have never ever everything in my life and count anything like that you should have dealt with remote that program for the Delta frequent flights, you can't tell me you all can do it. People are tired of Delta accumulate in these points and they have black eyed black outdates, what was that all about? You can frighten me? Can't find No One can every day. There's blocked out they have to revamp that program. They have to revamp it because it didn't make any sense. You had tons of thousands of points and you can't get a fight. Read moreThe worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Went in a group, and ended up cancelling my own order as to not deal with the worker who was taking drive through orders again.
This was on Thursday 6/16/22 around 11:50 PM, although I did not get the name of the woman who was at the first window and taking orders during the drive through at the time. However, from the moment I arrived she greeted me and my party with nothing but attitude. When we said we had 3 mobile orders, she said they could only take two, and despite our confusion, we agreed. She didnt ask for our order numbers at first, so we asked if she needed them and she responded “well obviously”, again with intense attitude. She proceeded to ask for all 3 order numbers, while only actually taking the first and last one. When we arrived at the first window, she charged someone in our party $2.14, saying that his payment was cancelled. We were confused because we had paid online, and she got an attitude and just showed us a picture of the screen on her phone, saying “pay here”. She didn’t tell us which of the two other order numbers she was referring to however. She eventually pulled over a colleague, and complained loudly about how we had tried to get our 3 mobile orders, which wasn’t even a part of the problem at this point. She left for a while, and when she finally came back asked us “did you finally figure out how to pay?” /again/ with an attitude. We asked who’s name the order was under, and she responded by saying exasperatedly “i already showed you the picture” and proceeded to show us another photo on her phone that she did not previously show, when she could have easily just said the name on the order. When he went to pay with a $5 bill, she simply responded “mm-mm” in a disapproving tone and said “its $5.14”.. which it wasn’t. She continued with her hot attitude when we explained we ordered using a deal online and it was $2.14 which she had said literally a minute before. She “changed it in the system” expressing “lord have mercy” and finally gave us the receipt. We received our two orders, and I proceeded to cancel mine as to not have to deal...

This franchise specifically is infamous in the neighborhood for its outrageously bad service as a whole; all around.
What saves it is the very high influx of tourist and supermall locales nearby. They capture a lot of ONESTOP I-95 & I-595 TRAFFIC, TOO.
Line management nor subordinates are trained to consistently render MD meal portions nor recipe ingredients AND/OR WORLD-RENOWN SPECS.
You never know what you're going to get. ...EVER.
CHOOSE ANOTHER MCDONALD'S LOCATION--NOT THIS ONE.
NEVER: UNIVERSITY & SUNSET STRIP NEVER
My family are--for lack of a better word--FORCED, on occasion to patronize this particular locale.
Only because THIS McDonald's is situated within our community.
WE LIVE IN A 55 plus sleepy bedroom community of Golf Estates in the city of Sunrise.
Today, my husband picked up TWO (2) Big Breakfast meals of: ●3 pancakes ●scrambled eggs ●sausage ●hashbrown ●biscuit I prepared the plates and there was NO syrup.
He returned immediately for the syrup, plus, ordered a Dr Pepper/no ice.
However, he was handled in a harsh manner to extremes. More than rudely. He was attacked.
With always, ●their mess ups ●our waste of time ●our waste of gas ●interrupting our meal McDonald's. mismanagement decided we only deserved: ●THREE (3) SYRUPS ... for our TWO (2) BIG BREAKFAST meals THAT INCLUDED: ●TWO (2) GIANT BUTTERMILK BISCUITS ●SIX (6) PANCAKES Even after the foremenrioned inconveniences caused by them in the first place.
Not to be fesetious; I personally feel victimized by this half-rated business operating under the good name of McDonald's.
