Is the most disgusting place I ever been. I order food for my kids and a salad for me. And there was a hair in my salad. Immediately I went to the cashier and she saw the hair and said this is so nasty and threw the salad in the garbage. She want to serve me another one and I said that all I want is a full refund I spend almost $30.00 all together. I don’t want my kids to eat those burguer since the place obviously are not handling food properly. The manager Mr. Small was very disrespectful, at first he blame me for the hair then the cashier said no it was in the food I saw it. It was inside of the salad. Then he told the cashier next time let me see the hair and I decide. He only gave me a refund for the salad. And a bag for my kids to take their meal. Which it went straight to the garbage. Totally unacceptable. I already made a complaint with the health department an I opened an investigation. This Mr. Small shouldn’t be the manager he is too small for a position like that. Read moreOur recent visit to Wendy's around 10:20 PM was extremely frustrating. We arrived to find the dining room closed, so we proceeded to the drive-thru. Despite placing our order in ahead of time it, we waited 15 minutes in a drive-thru that had no more than 3 cars. When we finally received our order, the employee at the window was notably rude and dismissive. After pulling into the parking lot to check our items, we discovered several items were missing. Returning back to the window, we were faced with the same employee denying our claim, pointing to the screen as if the missing items weren’t apart of our order. She reluctantly provided the missing food, but the overall meal was unfortunately not enjoyable. While we were in the drive-thru, a relative placed a separate mobile order. Approximately 20 minutes later, I re-entered the drive-thru to pick it up. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for an order that had been placed over 30 minutes prior, again dealt with by the same unhelpful employee. Instead of just fixing the order she kept excusing herself. She got bother and rolled her eyes. The other girl at the drive true (black sweet girl) was very sweet and well mannered and she kept with the order. I called her sweetie because I could b her mother. I could tell the other one was bother. She might not have anyone to tell her nice things..I feel sorry for her now but it is no excuse to be rude and imitate like an elementary misbehaved kid would do. She had to give me the last item in my order so she could call me sweetie ..trying to make fun of my display of appreciation to the other one. very sad.
