I was very disappointed with our recent Arby's visit while shopping in Superior.. I had stopped to eat with my husband and we were totally not pleased at all.. we went through the drive thru so we proceeded home.. My Arby's beef n cheddar tasted like my sandwich was previously made earlier and then passed on to me..it wasn't fresh, it wasn't warm and my bun was dry.. unfortunately my husband chicken sandwich was exactly as what mine turned out to be..it wasn't warm as well as not fresh..our curly fries just topped it off as they were very Old, Cold and tasteless..we were wondering as when we ordered our food it was definitely ready Way to fast to the obvious point there's no way it was made fresh..we were very disappointed as I have had Way better service than this and I expect my food quality to be top notch..we didn't turn back as we were tired from along day of shopping and it's a hour ride home.. this visit has definitely changed up my thoughts of ever stopping there again..as a customer we expect way better food and service than what we experienced.. I wish I didn't have to write this review but it was honestly that bad and next time we will go elsewhere..we had no choice but to throw it in the trash.. please think of your customers first not only should The food be number One but so should the customers...
Read moreWe walked in because the drive thru line was huge. After placing our order and waiting a long time, the two belligerent guys in line behind us received their order before us, and began eating it right at the counter! I even took a picture of them, which I won't share. And I'll just say they were not neat and clean about eating.
Then when the cashier had an order ready she softly called a name (which turns out was our name) and the guys grabbed that order and waddled out still working on their half-eaten burgers.
After a while with no one left waiting for food, the cashiers started looking at me then looked at the orders then looked at me again then looked at the orders again and asked what my name was, and when I told her she said that those other guys must have left with my order.
So they had to redo our order, which went pretty fast the second time around. Turns out we definitely should have went to the drive-thru!
Considering the circumstances I don't really fault the workers for someone else grabbing our order, but certainly patrons should not be allowed to eat right at the order counter. That little extra commotion/confusion at the counter may have made...

I messed up and left stuff on a table. I went to order my food and the person taking the orders was very slow, they were very busy and seemed short of staff. I got in a hurry and realized I was going to be late getting back to work and left forgetting my stuff (Christmas presents for my kid). Someone stole them, no one brought them up front no one found them that was staff they were gone. Arbys is getting a 1 becaue3 they have 0 cameras anywhere but the registers. You can go in and do whatever you want and there are no cameras. Not on door not on lobby. I find this very disturbing. I would think you would want to see who was doing what bot only for things like this but to stop people from saying there was a wet floor and doing a slip and fall scam. Or maybe security for their staff and customers. I go to this arbys everyday its a really good one. Sorry to shift the rating but not having cameras in 2023 is opening yourself up to a world of bad possibilities! Again PSA you can do whatever you want in the arbys lobby they...
