McDonald's — Restaurant in Surf City

I am a delivery person and also a patreon of this particular establishment. During the day, it seems fine. Their doors say closes at 11 for both inside and outside. When I'm doing deliveries in the area and pick up a order. The inside will be closed after 9. My personal experience as well as others who do delivery services say their orders are always messed up. I also have encountered where they say they've received no orders. My first experience was i got there a couple of minutes after 11, but that's my bad, because I wasn't aware the location closes at 11. On 4/21 worker was absolutely rude with their tone of voice and many other times I've experienced that. I get nobody wants to be at work and it's after 9, but it's been more than 1 employee. Other locations with the same times of open and close are still open at the appropriate times and the Employees are actually nice. I believe it could be management issue at this particular location. As of yesterday, I'm no longer a patron of this particular location and I'm no longer picking up deliveries at the location.

Nobody is perfect. We all have bad days I get it!! But when it's most of your employees there's definitely an issue that the district manager needs to address and fix the issue. The location is great! The establishment is clean inside and out. It's just the closing when they feel like it and the tones...

Possibly the worst McDonald’s to ever exist. Crew members do not care except one. We’ve been here twice, and both times we’ve had to go back in for something. The first time was definitely the worst. After ordering I noticed on the screen that the order was wrong so I corrected it…pull up to the window and the girl reads off my order with nothing corrected. So again I inform her of the mistakes and she said she corrected it. Get to the next window and the lady says “here’s your Diet Coke”… do I tell her that’s wrong and she says she will take care of it. Then has the audacity to look me in my face and tell me it’s a regular coke while handing me a diet. We start to pull off and it wasn’t just the coke that was wrong but the rest of the order that was supposedly corrected. When you go inside you’ll notice a manager that is seemingly grooming the younger workers and too busy trying to get in their pants to be bothered by you. So the one worker that is worth anything steps up and helps you out… I wouldn’t try to get breakfast here on the weekends… not too sure about the other shifts but the ones working the morning are sure to stay in the fast food...

We tried to go in to McDonald’s for a quick breakfast but boy were we surprised. We waited for an HOUR inside to get our meal. And the best part is that we never even got our meal. We ended up opting for a refund because the staff had no clue what was going on. While waiting, I watched several staff members throwing perfectly good food in the trash… I watched a staff member make a sandwich, wrap it up, and then shoot it into the trash as if he were playing basketball. When I asked one of the staff members if they had our order ready she turned and looked at the several bags placed on the counter and simply said “no we don’t have that order yet” I told her the order was placed over 30 minutes ago and she just turned her back on me and went to another location behind the counter, never to return. The place was a mad house. The ordering system is all automated, but I think they would do better if everything was automated and the people were removed. The drive through lane was an atrocity which is why we opted to go inside thinking it would be quicker, sadly this wasn’t the case. If you’re in a hurry. Avoid...
