This was my first time to eat at First Watch and was prompted to visit based on what my friends experienced. The restaurant was really busy, but we were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and my meal was very good. The portion sizes are quite large, so I feel like the prices are a good match for the amount of food they serve.

The only downside is that I wish there was more booth seating. The restaurant is very loud, so most people are talking above their normal speaking voice. Therefore, you are constantly competing with a table full of strangers sitting inches from you hearing your private conversation. Other than that, I had a fabulous meal.

Edit: I came back a second time with my husband on a Saturday morning when it was very busy. After we were served, there wasn't even one person with the wait staff in the dining room to give us utensils. By the time we did find someone, a good 10 minutes passed, and our breakfast was ice cold. Then, during the haste of one of the server's rounds, a ramekin of jelly flew off her tray, hit the floor and the jelly flew onto the front of my shirt. After a profuse apology and a stranger's hand up my shirt with club soda, we were on our way to pay the bill. That is when my husband noticed that not only did the jelly hit the front of me, but left a strewn field on the back as well....and in my hair. I was covered in yuck and completely humiliated. I could have laughed this off, but I felt like they should have OFFERED to pick up our bill which didn't sit well with me. I had to tell them I refused to pay for a horrible experience.
