Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Surprise

If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t go to this location, first the employees have no or zero customer service. I placed an order in line on 5/13 for pick up, 4 peanut butter bowls , added blue berries. I picked my order up, when I got home, the order was incorrect, no peanut butter was added to any of the bowls, barely anything was in any of the bowls. I called the store, spoke with an employee, explained that I just picked up my order, peanut butter bowls. I gave her my name, she asked the order I placed in store, I said no I placed on line for pickup. She informed I can either come back to the store or pick up another day. I said I would like the correct order today. I went back to the store, pulled up my order on my phone, the person taking my order, processed to tell me that they add peanut butter to my previous orders, I explained to her that there was no peanut butter whatsoever, we stirred the bowls and there was no peanut butter. She started to be accusatory, I told her I know what I ordered and I’m reading of my phone. All of as sudden, another girl comes out from the back and started telling me we don’t want you to speak to our employees that way, I was shocked and responded to her, what way are you accusing me of, I’m just explaining how I placed my order, she kept repeating the same phrase, I just asked her not to speak to me with a tone, she continues to stare at me while I was waiting for the order. I will never go back to this location in the new prosada or any other locations. They have young untrained children working with zero customer service or respect. The owner Tim Severson, need to train his employees on customer service, not just making money. Tim doesn’t deserve my business or anyone else’s . Please stay away from any of the Nektar locations. I was stoked to find out Nekter was coming to my hood in Surprise because I was over driving 20 minutes to the one on Lake Pleasant but I really dig the Açaí bowls and smoothies ! I think most of the staff at the Prasada location are nice personality wise, but for it being so new I thinking training when handling food ( of any kind) is definitely lacking! I watched a female employee in the back through the small window , play on her phone with gloves on, then proceed to walk away and return with a new container of strawberries, open it, cut some and put on bowl , not change gloves , no washing of the strawberries ,the whole visual was so Unsanitary! I brought it to cashiers attention.. what I saw and she was dismissive and said she would talk to her ! I’m like look she’s still on her phone , handling fresh unwashed fruit with the same nasty gloves on! I was so irritated and walked out with a $13 bowl that was tossed in the garbage! I have not returned ! I called Nekter customer service , gentleman on phone was super friendly and concerned since it was a new location, said owner or manager should contact via email or phone call . Never received either ! I guess I’ll be making my 20 minute treks up to lake pleasant!! ( update 2nd location in Surprise just opened on Bell !!! ) letsssss gooo Hope PV Nekter location...

Have been here quite a few times, but today was horrible, Alison and Sarah were very rude. Doing door dash is the same as a normal customer. We get there at 840am Alison said they're working on it, 5 people get there after they take their orders and give it to them, I'm still waiting and finally she hands the order to Sarah to make it at 9am they give us the order. Working for door dash or being a customer waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks being put aside to help 5 other customers is definitely not right. Not even because we were the only Hispanic there. It is unacceptable. This should not and can not happen again. I asked Allison for her name, and she gave it to me. Ask for a manager, she said it was her, but all this time with a smirk. Ask for someone above her she said, Tim. When Sarah gave us the drink, we did say finally, she said "what", explained the situation all she said we are busy and at that time the store was empty it was just us. She was laughing when we were walking out. They just didn't care, or they were prejudiced. I hope they are talked to or something no one deserves...
