Burger King — Restaurant in Surprise

I had the worst experience at a fast food place ever at this location. I'm not one to complain, or slam someone's reputation because I've worked fast food but what the morning crew of this location did to me I will not soon forget. Came through the drive through, purchased 2 jr. burritos. Was told to wait out front, no big deal I guess... 5 minutes pass, 2 additional cars pull up. Another 5 minutes pass and the car next to me that came after got its order. Whatever maybe they ordered something small. Then the employee comes back out with the other car's order that had just pulled up. I yelled to the employee "hey I've been here 10 minutes, where's my order?" The employee completely ignored me and walked away. I walked inside and waited at the counter while the other supervisor talked to her friends who had came in. I then said to both employees I've been there 12 minutes, no service. The female employee then said "someone called in sick, this isn't my fault" then tried to buy me off with free food which I declined. No apology, no nothing. I've had bad experiences with these same employees before but this crossed the line. I will not be coming to this location again, and reported to corporate and was told the owners would contact me back, to which they never did (it's been well over a month now) so I will make others aware to avoid this locations morning crew at all costs! The worse Burger King location! Manager lacks any professionalism! I ordered a number 2 which is a double whopper. The only thing I asked for was extra onions and no lettuce. The receipt they provided when I paid even said the correct order but when I finally got home, my burger had jalapeños, cheese and bacon! Fries were stale and over salted, disgusting . Only thing fresh was the 8 piece nuggets! Terrible ! I called and no one answered , it ran continuously and finally it would turn into a fax ; a long beeping noise. I tried calling 4 more times to inform the manager and no answer . When I arrived to the location and walked in, I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even apologize nor offered to make a new burger. Just rude! They were in the wrong and instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, she had an attitude and went to the back to calculate how much money to give back since I didn’t give back my drink. I waited for 25 minutes in the drive-thru and there were only 3 cars in front of me. I got up to order and was told they couldn't accept cards at that time. I guess their machine was down🤷. Having worked in fast food myself I know it should have only taken about 5 minutes to restart the system, it's really not that hard. You hold down two buttons and it'll do a system diagnostic and restart fixing the problem(most times, unless the unit needs to be replaced). I could tell the girl who took my order was upset, and having a hard time focusing on my order. Which it wasn't a hard order, I wanted an angry wopper, just the sandwich nothing else. When I finally got my food the bacon was burnt but somehow soggy, HOW DO YOU EVEN DO THAT?! I'm figuring this is a one time thing here but I do feel pretty generous by not giving them a one-star.
