Harbor freight tools. Good toy store for anyone that loves to do home projects but don't have the cash to pay for brand name tools. There cheap tools are just that. Cheap tools. But there midline tools in my opinion are as good as any brand name tools. . Great store. Then there is webs 99 cent store that used to be everything 99 cents. Now they carry more stuff but keep an eye out for good deals. I was able to pick up a little sowing machine for 5 dollars. I thought it wouldn't work to well but I was wrong. This little machine sowed my pants with no problem. It comes with attachments so you can use full size spools. The little thing works great. . Then there is a second hand store good will or something. There prices are a bit high but they do have decent clothing and a bit of other stuff to draw your attention. Around the other side of the property is suds laundry mat. When they did there reopening a month or so ago the place was fantastic. You get a card from there kiosk and all the machines run off of the card that you put how ever much money on that you want. They had an attendant there and most important for us older folks they have brand new a/c units that kept the place nice and cool . That is so important for us older people that have had health issues. Well in the last few weeks the lady that took care of the place has vanished. They have brand new vending machines but they never bothered to fill them. They keep the a/c turned off accept for the one at the front of the store. It is on low so it is very uncomfortable in there. The last time I went there was only one other customer in there and it was hot in there. I thought I would do my laundry here for years. Unfortunately I can handle the heat after multiple heart attacks. I will have to go back to the laundry mat that I used to use. At least they keep it cool in there place. I can't believe that anyone would invest in such good equipment then make it hard for people to be able to use it. I suggest that the owner up the price of a wash and or drying your clothes to cover the cost of the a/c. Everytime I have gone there was less and less people coming to do there wash. Mr. Owner you have a laundry across from a retirement community. If you want us old folks to come then turn on your a/c. So we don't die from the heat. That's...

Read moreAs an area in Surprise, a plot of property on which there are a number of businesses; stores, smoke shops, a Subway (sandwiches, etc), a thrift store (St Vincent de Paul), there used to be a 99 Cent Only store (they went out of business altogether, not just this one location; that’s what happens when, years earlier, when you proclaim that this store only sells stuff for 99 cents, no more, but then, years later (they’re not the only ones!), because of inflation and bad business decisions, etc, they decided to do so anyway (raise prices). Also there’s a nice urgent care: Fast Med. The few times I’ve been there the wait was...
