Runners Sports Bar — Restaurant in Surprise

I live next door. The bar has so much potential, so much to offer, and keeps great hours!! On Easter 2022 I asked to use the ATM and offered to leave the bartendress gratuity while all other patrons were finishing their drinks well before 2am. Technically, I wasn't an actual customer. She already had the doors locked. Two things happened here: I think I was scarred emotionally when my jaw figuratively dropped in awe of how inhumanly mean someone closing the bar could be. She said, "No. I'm not letting anyone in here anymore (including a customer smoking outside..?!). There's a gas station down the road, use that one." Not that it matters, but yeah that ATM was out of order so I thought hey why not try the bar? Second and lastly, she seems like someone who has been abused so much in her life that if I ever had her as a bartender, I would immediately puke after my first sip. Awesome bar. Heart wrenching...

I really liked the bar the first time i was there. But the second time the bartender Samantha was very rude with my friend and me. We went at 1:30 just to play one pool game and Samantha was yelling at us in front of all the other customers: “WHY YOU CAME TO A BAR 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING?” I really think that she needs to work on her costumer service, she was being so rude and childish. We didn’t even asked for drinks or anything we just wanted to play one pool game. If she doesn’t like to work in a place that closes at 2am, quit.
