Worst Chipotle I frequent. ...but I won't any more. This location fails on every front. There is no consistency in the food quality or the time it takes to prepare an order. Ordering through the app is very difficult. You're only given 15 minute intervals and they never hit the time. Either it's been sitting there for a good while when you arrive on time (and the food is cold). Or you get there a bit early and fifteen minutes after the time you picked you have to ask if you're food is going to be made. Online orders are just left on a shelf. Often I watch someone pickup a bag and then put it back (it's not theres). Covid or not, you really want other people handling your food? Signs on the door say masks required. The guy in front of me isn't wearing one. And he's spitting chew into a bottle. While not directly the locations fault, the manager could care a bit about the other patrons and ask the guy not to be spitting chew into a bottle while order his food and leaning over the glass. Training a guy on the line... no problem! BUT no one is training him and he keeps bothering other people to ask what's going on all while being stingy with the food. And then to check out... the regular guy never knows what's going on and repeatedly asks what you've ordered.
Now my favorite. After taking cash from the guy before you, he grabs a bunch of forks buy the tines and throws them in your bag. Again, forget covid... I don't want that mans hands in my mouth.
This might sound like a one-off, but it's been the norm for about a year now. Until this location shapes up, I'm not headed back.
Dirty, SLOW, no concern for the patrons... I'm...
Read moreGoing to this location was the very last time I went to Chipotles. My favorite has always been the Barbacoa Tacos. I placed my usual order and as they were putting the meat Into the taco shells, I mentioned that they needed to add more barbacoa. The guy preparing my tacos, said that it was the usual amount. And to make things worse, it was more liquid than meat. My tacos were very soggy. I have been eating these tacos for years. It is literally the only thing I order on their menu. The man helping me was very rude about it. He was using a pair of tongs to grab the meat so there’s no way he could tell whether that one tiny pinch of meat was actually 4 ounces. That is what is supposed to be in their tacos is 4 ounces. For those that don’t know Here is what it should look like. 4 ounces of Barbacoa meat is the equivalent of 8 tablespoons. I scooped one of the tacos out with a regular spoon and it barely filled the spoon. I paid over $15 for these three tacos and got maybe 2 ounces of meat amongst all three tacos. I suggest you be aware of the serving sizes. Do your research because they are ripping you off. Those tacos were the worst I’ve ever had from them and I won’t waste another dime going back. The guy didn’t offer any assistance just push me along through the line Saying that’s what they put on their taco. I know this isn’t true, but I’m not gonna sit there and logic complaint in the middle of a rush hour lunch. I should’ve though because I got 2 ounces of meat when it should’ve been 4...
Read moreWe have been eating at this location for years, happily so until recently. In the last several months, the quality and service has drastically gone down hill. If you order online, regardless of the time it says your order will be ready, you can count on waiting a half hour or more. It's ridiculous....especially making people wait in a crowded restaurant when we are supposed to be social distancing! Very irresponsible. The portions are inconsistent, usually much smaller than they should be. Between the highly inadequate online ordering process and the lacking portion size, if we want Chipotle take out and we want to know when our meal is going to be ready and know we aren't going to be cheated on portion size (things you should be able to count on and not have to manage), we have to stand in line (and it can be a long line). Attention: Owner/Manager if you don't fix these issues, you are going to lose all kinds of customers, especially when the new Surprise location opens. This is not the way to treat your loyal customers. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the cooks are doing a good job with the food....it's the people running the show that are way under par. I also reached out through the Chipotle website with feedback asking that I be contacted and never heard back from anyone. They...
