Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

Went there tonight for my little brothers birthday party. When we first got there we were greated by a gentleman who was kind, respectful, and friendly he gave us the run down and told us who our party coordinator was going to be. I wish i could remember his name because he was great. Our party coordinator had came out introduced herself. She was great as well very friendly, enthusiastic, and knew how to get the kids up and hyped she was great!!!! I think her name was Sam. Everything went great my kids had a great time playing and my daughter didn't want to leave. Well when it was time to leave we went to get our prizes i had probably about 1000 tickets i went up to the area where you get your toys i was the 2nd person in line and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes before i ended up giving my tickets to a family beside me!!!!! This is when i got pissed. The lady was african American and kept ignoring me for the other african Americans. Im am in no way shape or form a racist by all means and its sad that im having to type this anyways, i had 3 kids with me who was exited to get their toys and we were being ignored. While i was there, there was also a colored lady who i looked at her child and she told me not to look at her or her baby! I didn't know how to react to that either. My dad and siblings were also pushed to the side until my dad had said something to the lady. Me not having the heart to get rude infront of kids, i ended up giving my tickets away and leaving. If things would have went differently and i wasnt pushed to the side because of my color there would be a 5 star rating. I was very...

First time being here during a weekday around 3pm. Pros: The place wasn’t crowded and spaced out comfortably. I enjoyed how the games for toddlers were separate from those for older kids/adults. I enjoyed the convenience of ordering food through an app from our table and the pizza was good. The facility was extremely clean and well organized.

Cons: We ended up waiting longer than we should have for our food. I had to track help down after 10mins of our pizza being late and there was confusion about where our food was and why it hadn’t came out. The pizza was small even though it was supposed to be a medium and it was expensive. My suggestion, make sure you eat before you go! The games seemed to last longer than the other C.C we were used to going to. The only issue i found was that our points were being taken faster. It was like some games zapped more points than others and i found it incredibly difficult to win tokens for my toddler even when he hit most targets. I’m not sure if this has been noticed by others. I’m basing my experience from another Pennsylvania C.C that we’ve been to 3 times in comparison to our first time here. The price for submitted tokens is incredibly expensive for the items. A tootsy-roll was over 100 tokens! These C.E.C prices food tickets, food and token prizes has gotten way out of control.

Conclusion: Will i visit this establishment again? Most likely because of our toddler and i suggest going...

It was a great night at first pretty crowded, but that's to be expected. I had to go get more tokens/points put on my kid's gaming cards. There was this young lady named Tyhonna who was taking everyone else's order acting as if I wasn't there until a few people told her I was in line first. She became really rude acting like everything I asked for was an issue. Then later when my father-in-law went to go cash out his tickets the Same Tyhonna girl ignored him and would only take people of her same racial background he stood there for 20 min before he said "hey look I've been first in line for awhile now" she rolled her eyes and finally waited on him then to top it all off my fiance dealt with the same Tyhonna person and the same thing happened to her. My fiance came back in tears we literally waited for over 40 min while she took everyone else's tickets but hers. As I watched new people come over and get served over and over again, saw her greet people that were like her with smiles and a great attitude . Finally it was apparent that she was racist against us. I can not support an establishment that does not treat everyone the same regardless of skin color.
