๐ ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ ๐ด: May 2022 Dirty tables with crumbs and smeared sauce (or whatever it was) on tables. Even had pieces of corn just sitting randomly on the table from someone's bowl that was never cleaned up. Dirty drink rings and food on the floor. Health code violations for sure imo. Soda fountain area was a mess with the table top being sticky with trash over it. Unbelievable they don't think this is an issue.
The employees are decent and friendly. However the guest I was with said they wanted the dip with the chips they bought but they resold them chips and dip again. About $5 for both but under $2 for just chips. Crazy mark-up for just the dip $3
The meals were okay, nothing to write about. I'm keeping the review level the same because they continue to go nowhere here. Nothing has changed in months. Still dirty, but they may actually have more selections now. Before they would just say we are out of that etc.
The worse thing here STILL is if you decide to eat inside the background music is annoyingly loud. It so darn loud you have to talk louder to talk to whoever you came with, and they are just on the other side of the table.
๐พ๐ ๐ธ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฐ๐ป ๐ ๐ด๐ ๐ธ๐ด๐ I'm not sure the management team here looks at the reviews. So many people are having the same issue. I get it lunch time is busy. But if you know that each day is busy shouldn't you prepare for the lunch rush?
Running out of specific foods during rush and not replacing it is kinda unacceptable. Plus not only is the place loud during this time it's even louder because of blast of music being played.
At least the food is as expected. That is for the food that was available. I'll still stop by if I'm in the area. But I'm sure it won't be my...
ย ย ย Read moreIโve been a customer for years and have seen staff come and go. Today my mother and I visited and as we stood in line, the female employee stroked her hair with her hand twice while serving the people ahead of us. During my order she did it again at which time my mother asked โexcuse me can you please change your gloves since youโve been touching your hairโ . Instead of verbally acknowledging the request, she sighed, turned her back, removed the glove and used her bare hand to wipe the saliva from the corners of her mouth. She then puts on another glove while simultaneously motioning her supervisor to come to her aid. She walked away to him instead where she apparently told him she wasnโt comfortable serving us and that WE been in there before giving her a hard time. I havenโt been to that particular location in months since I recently been frequenting the Hershey site. So I never seen or met this employee in Harrisburg. At any rate the manager denied us service even after we explained our position. He simply said once an employee makes him aware theyโre uncomfortable heโs required to deny the service. His own employees and other customers looked on in disbelief and one customer spoke up on our behalf. Customers should be allowed to request for sanitary handling of our food. Needless to say I and my family will never return to any of their restaurants based on this unprofessional and unsanitary practices. This employee was the only one whose hair was hanging down far past her shoulders, very long hair and hanging on the sides of her face. All other employees hair was pulled up and away from...
ย ย ย Read moreIf I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. I went in Chipotle with my daughter, first time she and I went to this particular one together. An employee was waiting on a customer and constantly touching her hair with her gloved hand. When she finished and came to my daughter and I I asked her would she change her glove since she touched her hair numerous times with the glove. She rolled her eyes turned her back to us and summoned her manager. She also pretended to cry. The manager approached my daughter and I and said he was refusing us service because the employee was uncomfortable and she said we've harassed her previously. Again, this was my daughter's and my first visit to this particular Chipotle together, so clearly we were not the people who allegedly harassed her. However, my husband and I patronize this location at least twice a week without any problems. I explain to the manager that I had the right to request that the employee change her gloves. Another customer interjected and agreed that customers should be allowed to make the request. The manager was out of line, unprofessional and uninformed. The employee who outright lied was very unprofessional, unsanitary and unethical, she is definitely going to be a liability to the company. The manager needs retraining on restaurant/employee sanitation rules and laws, as well as additional training in communicating effectively with customers. I will never be a customer at any Chipotle again as a result of the treatment...
