Overall, it was an okay experience, but not particularly memorable. I gave 4 stars for a few reasons.

Compared to the Duluth location, this branch feels a bit cramped, and the flavors didn’t quite meet my expectations. Perhaps it was because we visited during a busy time, but the food was somewhat disappointing and fell short of what I had hoped for.

Honestly the food is good especially the chadol jjampong. However the service is horrible. Recently, our family went to takeout some food since I was craving it so bad. But they wouldn't even answer the calls. And btw Assi is far away from our house. So we drove all the way there but when we tried to open the door, (even though there was people inside) they wouldn't open the door. One of the workers looked at us but didn't even tell us that it was closed and didn't even unlock the door! We drove a long time in 30 degree weather to get horrible service!
