Worst experience!! Ruined a great morning with my 11yrs daughter. I am beside myself.
She asked for a #6 veggie and I asked for a #8. Since she Is a picky eater she only likes mayo, cucumber, and cheese. So we asked for the rest of her sandwich to be added to mine (the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado) they REFUSED and said 'if you want to add those to your sandwich that is extra'. I told them fine, then put them on the side and I'll add them to my sandwich. Once again they REFUSED and said 'we don't do that. The only way you will get that on her [my daughter's] sandwich is if we put it on ... it's company policy'. They Kept refusing to accommodate my request or find a compromise. They ended up putting all that stuff on my daughter's sandwich and had to open it up and move the stuff to my sandwich. Right there at the table in front of their counter.
But, my daughter had a fit that the sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes 'residue' that I couldn't dig out.
I walked out of the jj store and drove across the parking lot to Publix who had absolutely no problem accommodating our request.
Now I have 2 jj sandwiches that are simply going on the trash.
This is the last $11+ I or my company will ever spend at jj period.
I am so mad at the smugness of that store manager, how it completely ruined the weekend with my daughter that I am still shaking. Not to mention...
Read morePhone order, gave address, was charged. By the time the sandwich was supposed to be delivered I get a call letting me know my address wasn’t in their delivery range and I would get a refund.
What should have been done: 1.Just deliver the sandwich and let the person know to not use that location next time because it was their mistake to not verify the address. I did my best to check myself before calling and when the zip code is the same as the shop you would assume it’s right especially when the person taking the order was supposed to verify, that’s the first thing you’re supposed to do.
2.call the other jimmy johns and have them make the delivery and cover the expense since I paid you guys and make it streamlined.
Give me the phone number to the other location so I can actually make the order.
I don’t get a lunch so calling in is my only way to grab something if I didn’t bring anything with me to work.

Read moreI’m disappointed to have to leave this review because I loved the sandwiches here but lately consistency is just not there. The last two orders I’ve placed have been wrong. First order there was no meat on the sandwich and bread was used instead of the requested unwhich. I could’ve given a pass on them using bread but to forget meat on a sandwich is something that most consider unforgettable. I called the location and the sandwich was replaced. Today I ordered the same sandwich and this time no condiments on the sandwich. Also, I asked to add oil, vinegar, and oregano and they were missing. If anyone has ever had a unwhich you wouldn’t want to unwrap and add condiments from home because rewrapping can be a messy headache. Both purchases were made at the drive thru. I would definitely say check your order before you pull off to make sure everything is accounted for or better yet go inside to make sure everything gets...
