I placed an order through the Subway app before arriving, expecting to pick it up smoothly. When I got there around 9:35 AM—right when they were supposed to be open—they were still fixing signs and not ready to take orders. The owner told me my order wouldn’t go through, but my app later showed that my order had been “picked up” at 9:55 AM.
When I called the owner again, he said the refund would take one to two weeks to process, and he would “insulate” it once it arrived—whatever that means. Frustrated, I went back to the store to resolve the issue in person. Instead of offering a refund or simply making the sandwich I had already paid for, the owner claimed he never received the order and blamed the app and a third party.
This was a complete failure in customer service. The owner refused to take responsibility, showed no effort to resolve the situation, and left me without my order or my money. Avoid this location unless you want to deal with frustrating,...

I had to tell her 3 times to, yes, please toast my husband’s sandwich. We had a failure to communicate on everything. Realizing that anybody can have a bad day, I was patient and not remotely rude. I tipped 20%. Well, when I asked if she would cut the foot long in half and wrap it as two separate sandwiches, I got a dirty look. When I got home, the sandwiches were mis-labeled.
