Waffle House — Restaurant in Suwanee

Was served by the worse server I’ve came across ever. Walked it and was never greeted both of the workers had AirPods in. Mya was my server and she walked up to me and stared.. didn’t greet me or anything. I ordered three things and my sandwich got done before my waffle which is fine. The cook put my sandwich in a bag and walked off as I’m asking about my waffle (remember she has AirPods in so she can’t really hear me). Mya then comes back from flirting w three gentlemen and I ask about my waffle and she said yeah that’s what I’m doing I’m getting it and rolled her neck and eyes. So I start to get a little irritated because I only ordered two hot things. So then she drops my waffle and walks off to go and flirt back w the gentleman sitting in the booth. And then I ask her about my apple juice and she said oh you ordered an apple juice I didn’t hear you so she gives it to me and then she goes to whispers to the other cook/worker about giving me the apple juice that I ordered. And then Mya sends the worker to me to charge me for the apple juice when I initially asked for one. Will not be back at this time if Mya is working there because she left a bad taste...

I came into the waffle house on 545 Peachtree sawanee Georgia placed my order and sat down my food was brought to me in a bag as if I asked for it to go when the waitress seen me take out the food she says oh you are eating it here I said yes because I NEVER told her it was to go in the first place and I'm sure she knew that because she brought me my water I asked for in a plastic cup. When I go to check out after I cleaned up my table because I know how stressful that can be and understand they are under paid anyways I realize she charged me a to go charge. When I asked her why she said because she put it in the containers that mind you I NEVER ASKED FOR!!!! Horrible service to me but she obviously had regular customers because as soon as they came in she know them by name and gave them way more attention than she gave me. Once she placed my food on the table she never came back. Customer service has went way down hill and it's sad because I know she won't even be spoken to most of these restaurants are franchise and that's probably where everything goes wrong...

Just came in. Young man was great with the ordering and such. Bro, perfect. I get home and look at my eggs, steak (well a side of beef but I'm not looking for a ribeye), and hashbrowns. I got the works and ordered over medium. I live literally 3 minutes away mind you. No one in the restaurant but 2 kids and a couple paying.

My steak was a charcoal briquette. How do you do that on a flat top griddle? Eggs were fine. Ordered 4 different ways of hashbrowns. 3 chunks of ham, 4 mushroom slivers, 7 small pieces of onion on a double order and the cheese wasn't there nor the double order. Little white lady cook, you paying for this or are you just that bad? Add the extras. I paid for them. I'm not even gonna call about this or complain except on here. Tighten up.

This is why I prefer my Waffle House cooks to be slightly overweight, Newport smoking, a bit darker than my outlook, don't care at all but make good food type of people. Little cook lady, you need practice. Done paid for some ol' BS. Waffle was good though but anything...
