This review is regarding the Peachtree Industrial location. Last night, I placed a delivery order for a Big Dinner Box. There was an estimated timeframe of 20-30 minutes, but it took an hour to get to me. I called Pizza Hut, and the lady who picked up put me on hold and came back with "Well, we're backed up, but it'll be there." All I got to say was "Okay" before she hung up. I understand businesses are understaffed, but there should at least be an apology when you aren't keeping your promised delivery time. When I finally got my dinner box, there was no marinara sauce inside. I called Pizza Hut again and told the lady who picked up that the pizza was late and cold and that there was no sauce. She immediately said that she's the one who boxes and always puts a marinara sauce in there and always checks to make sure. She also rudely said that the drivers were all busy. ... Do they not use hot bags? I'm a delivery driver, and I use hot bags. The pizza shouldn't be cold. Anyway, she said she'd put in a ticket for the sauce and that they'll redeliver it when their drivers got back. So, I waited, but the sauce was never delivered. I called again this morning, and halfway explained the situation when the lady (named Renee) immediately deflected blame and said she wasn't working yesterday. She asked for the name on the order and said she'd credit us $0.99 for the sauce. I asked, "It's not a refund?" and she said they can only credit us because it's already been tendered. And then further explained that the credit can be used in another Pizza Hut order. I repeated that the pizza was also cold, and she said she'll have someone look into it and call me back. Then, I talked about the sauce and she just repeated, "I'll have someone look into it and call you back" and then hung up on me. The employees at Pizza Hut on PIB are extremely rude and unprofessional. On an additional note, the pizza itself was unappetizing. I ordered a buffalo sauce pizza, and I could barely taste the buffalo sauce. The breadsticks were also salty. On many aspects, Pizza Hut failed to deliver. I will not be ordering...

But on this particular day last Friday, 10/20, be exact, I ordered pizza for an IDD client and talked to the driver in an effort to provide the correct directions. The driver started the conversation, and he was like I noticed the charges, but I don't see a tip."Exuse You😕". Customers are not obligated to leave tips first & and foremost. I was ordering for a client, and the client did not give me instructions to leave a tip. But when I got the bill statement for the company's credit card statement; I noticed the charges were different from what the original charges were. Long story short, the driver "Richard" is his name to be exact, took it upon himself to charge my company's card an extra $10 for a tip that he did not have authorization to do so. He should not still have a job because It's considered theft, and from an individual with disabilities at that; if he did this this time, I'm almost certain he has done it to other customers. Had my company wanted to press charges on Pizza Hut, it would have been an ugly situation . I definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again. Seems like some of the workers don't practice good moral and ethical judgments. I understand we are in a struggling economy, but this is not the way to go about it. Read moreThe pizza's are very good. The service is not. On 3 separate orders, which were placed online, I went to the store and gave them my name and indicated I ordered online. They said they were still working on my order and it shouldn't be long. Several times I saw two pizzas in the warming device where they put pizzas for pickup. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked if those were my pizzas. They were. I told the guy up front that I'd waited 20 minutes when the entire time they were right there and no one checked. He denied they were there and said someone just put them in there. He lied. I was right in front of the counter and saw them every time others opened the warmer. This was the 3rd time it's happened and the same thing happened to a lady in front of me. How hard is this job? Workers in jobs like this whine about being paid minimum wage.
