I'm giving this a 1 star after today's disheartening experience. The products are good but if the owner of an establishment exudes an energy that is off-putting, why spend another minute or dollar there? Initially someone brought me to this place to shop. Spent over $200 & the way the owner handled things was a red flag. But when today came, my heart was open for a different experience. Received an email about a Qi-Gong class which I've already been looking into for months (so I'm thinking it was Divine guidance.)... Booked the session & upon walking in, he completely ignored me and instead ONLY greeted the lady in front of me, leaving me to welcome myself. Then gave me a very heartless "Good morning" - probably only said THAT bare minimum to not to look TOO bad in front of the class. Then at the end when Eye was again, PURCHASING products, he made no contact with me & proceeded to walk over to the register & asks one of his employees how she was doing if she was ok as if they didn't work together or whatever that was about... knowing it was my first class you would think he would engage with ME, the paying patron. But no, he makes no acknowledgement of my existence YET AGAIN & walks off and goes to his office. No eye contact, no words, not even a smile. Cold hearted vibrations. It's as if he intentionally wanted to avoid me every time. Could've just kept your distance if that was the case. I'm a very open, cheerful person so I'm always happy to chat with store owners & such. It was an icky feeling & its unfortunate because everyone else there was really cool, but because of his deMEANor, I'll not be going back. Eye was going to book for the entire month of February! First time I've ever experienced this type of treatment in a place like this. And this type of place is supposed to reflect love & "welcoming arms"... EXACT OPPOSITE! Google asked me for a review & this is just sadly what it is. Not going to sugarcoat...

I’ve never been surprised and delighted enough with any product or service to warrant my immediate review, that is, until I entered PranaHarmony. Word of the instructor, Indy, reached me before any mention of the establishment, but it was because of the praise my friend had given this seemingly mystic man that I decided to look further. I, myself, had been on a journey to self-realization, alignment, and enlightenment, so I took my studies very seriously. One glance at PranaHarmony’s sleek and simple website was enough to convince me that there wasn’t just copious spiritual jargon in the teachings, but DIGESTIBLE wisdom woven into them. I was out of town at the time, but I knew that as soon as I returned home, there was somewhere else waiting for me. As soon as I saw Indy, I knew it was him. He was glowing with a joyous yet humble demeanor, but with one look in his eyes, I witnessed a Cosmic spark and could sense great, tempered power. I said none of this to him, Of course, only watched in silent awe as he gave me a tour around his beautiful storefront. He showed me the healing rooms, the encased crystals, and the unbelievably potent essential oils he had on display. The staff counted no more than 4 at the time I visited, but as Indy has since taught me, “when it comes to spirituality, less is more.” That establishment needs no more than it has, because what is there is enough to fill a lifetime. Without any instructor or assistant healer there, it would still be a beautiful place to sit, smell serene incense, and release stress, but with Indy and his staff there, the store becomes a sanctuary, one that EVERYONE near and far should step into...

I came in not knowing what energy healing was, Indy took his time to throughly walked me through the process and even gave me a breakdown of what each Chakra was and its meaning. The moment when we sat down, he knew right away which chakra point was blocking and what I needed to work on to improve my overall well being. I left his office feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Definitely looking forward to the next session! Highly recommended.

Update post: Beginning of June, I felt like I was through a spiritual awakening which then I didn't know what that was. I often left lost, had many questions about my life purpose, doubts, and sensed that there was more to life than what I had known. People that knows me would would be surprised to hear about my inner struggles as I have a loving family and a good career but yet, I still felt lost. Until I came to Prana Harmony, Indy has been my guide, life coach, teacher; you name it. He has helped me see the light through many spiritual lessons and enlightenment. Currently, I won't say I'm at 100% but I do know and confident to say that I'm currently walking on my highest path to self discovery.
