Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Swatara Township

Have literally been patronizing this location for over 30years!!!! Tonight my husband stopped & did a carryout order and they forgot the icing that comes with the cinnamon twists. This was disappointing as the only real reason we got food from there versus a different pizza place was because our family likes rhe cinnamon twists but of course cant enjoy them without icing and as we live a ways away and temperatures are below freezing weren't going back out to get the missing icing. When he called to tell them of their mistake a very rude woman identifying herself as Sammy seemed to be annoyed with the call and offered him option of coming to get icing or getting a "free" icing next order. He asked her isnt the icing free with the order and could he speak to a manager she said she was a manager and when he asked what her name was she huffed and hung up the phone on him. Upon calling back the actual manager Lakeda answered and apologized for her assistant Samantha/Sammy. If I could give 0 starts I would ! Store says open till 12 am . I placed order at 11:04 they canceled it. So I called number and they placed my order and gave me a confirmation. They told me 30 min. When I went to pick up they said they closed at 11 because overwhelmed with orders. Spoke with Jessica correa-weino, she is extremely disrespect and has no care for her customers. After speaking to her to say I called and they confirmed she said it’s not my problem we closed and not filling any orders. So I told her we waiting 30 min like lady said so now my kids won’t have food. And she said “yeah cool” and closed door and locked it. Dominos needs to learn who to hire because they hire employee who don’t care. Employee is suppose to represent the company and the brand. Bad staff members who lack manners. I selected the curbside delivery option, which they delivered but then I realized they put extra cheese which I didn’t order. So I went inside to tell them. They just gave me a dirty look and took the box from me. Especially that white lady and the black dude with big hair all over his head (I didn’t get their names). The lady told me she will make a new one. I then went outside to wait. I waited for quite a while expecting they’ll bring me my order (curbside pickup) or at least out of remorse for messing up my original order but they didn’t. I later went in and there my pizza was, waiting patiently for me on the shelf. These guys are so rude and know nothing about customer service. That really messed up my mood.
