McDonald's — Restaurant in Swatara Township

I will never put any money into this location again although is the closest to my home. I went in there a few Saturdays ago don't remember which one exactly but they serve me undercooked sausages through the drive-thru for my breakfast sandwiches. I called in to speak with a manager who said she was putting my name in the book for free meal the next time I came through never mentioned anything about needing a receipt or anything period. a few weeks later I went back to cash in on my free meal and they refused to honor what I was told because I didn't have my receipt and my name allegedly wasn't in the book. I told him it was even possible was the first weekend of October I just remember it was this month I didn't think the date would be so relevant but they took it as far as calling the store manager and making me wait in the Drive-Thru for ever just for them to tell me no they weren't going to honor it. Not only did this extremely disappoint me but it definitely let me know where the customer service sits with this location. I could have been like most customers came in slammed my food on the counter about them giving me undercooked pork which can make people sick but instead all I did was calling to make it right but because somebody wasn't competent on there and I was still penalized and money was lost. I was told the reason why they honor it is because so many other people come through the drive-through making fake claims. Funny thing is I've never came through this location asking for free items just this one time that I was promised and while the manager was polite I could definitely tell by her demeanor and her tone that it didn't bother her none to even tell me no or the experience I was going through. So not only did I cancel the remainder of my order which I was paying cash for but I will never go to this location again this owner operator will never see a dime from me and I will be sure to check their other locations as well to ensure that I don't put any more money into this...

This place is absolutely a joke. I have given this location multiple chances to prove that they have some decent customer service. Today I went there and I simply made a request for my food to be cooked all the way I several experiences in the past it has not. They attempted to request for my food to be well done which is not what I wanted I just wanted it cook thoroughly not overcooked. When clarifying what I was requesting the cashier became rude and started talk over me. I asked for her manager and then she became ratchett for the lack of a better word. I told her that I want to stay at the window where I pay because I did not want my credit card traveling through the store from the front window. She then proceeded to yell up to her manager while she thinks I'm going to steal her money now which is not what I indicated I just didn't want it traveling through the store. The manager allowed her to yell back at me while I was making my complaint as well as have a group of other team members huddling behind him while I made my complaint as if it was some theatrical show. This establishment lacks complete professionalism in any manner. I also didn't even waste my time following a complaint with corporate or recrossing the speak with any a body above because times in the past they have proven that they don't care no contact is ever made to the customer. So what better than to leave a review and share my own experience. It'll hit their pockets one...

I think this is the worse McDonalds i have ever been too. It is sooooo unprofessional, the enployees ive came in counter with have no type of customer service at all. And dont seem to care about their customers at all. Ive had to wait in line inside for over 20 minutes before someone decided to acknowledge mine and a few other customers presence. The young woman that was on register saw us all and decided to go sit down for break and laugh when someone said about calling corporate.. But what's worse is the managers that were on duty saw us waiting that long and just looked instead of asking if we were taken care of. Finally when we got to order the manager that came up to take our order was so distracted by what was going on with the drive thru and laughing with the employees, that she didnt hear our order twice before getting it right. Then our sandwich came back wrong i asked for extra pickles and my sandwich had no pickles just a bunch of chopped onions and ketchup.. I will not be coming back i would rather travel a farther distance than spend my money supporting a store so badly operated thats close to home. I will be calling corporate and i hope something is done because this store is so bad it shouldnt even be open. Oh and im a very nice person that normally lets stuff slide but this was...
