Drive thru was long, the lines were not moving. Went inside ordered off the kiosk, still had to go to the counter to pay. No employee at the register. Another customer was waiting to pay for his order. Employee was on the phone. No other employee came to wait on the other customer and me. I looked at the employee that was on the phone, left her know no one was at the counter, she looked at me but ignored me. Finally she came to the register stated she had to make a phone call and told her manager so the counter would be covered. Another customer came inside to ask for a refund. She had been sitting outside waiting on her order for several minutes. When I finally received my order, I checked inside the bag to find an item was not placed inside. I had to tell another employee. End result I was late returning to work. Overall this location needs more employees and more than 2 registers inside. The lack of employees (especially during lunch time) and alloted time an order should be received is very poor. If I return to this location, I may order via mobile app to see if there is a difference in service and time, but really not holding to a positive outcome. My suggestion hire more employees and restructure the entire process of having customers orders ready and correct in 2 minutes or less. Read moreThe manager was rude to me very snotty and nasty towards me i frequent this McDonald's quite often and have had horrible service latly since the new nite shift manager has started ill never go back to this ONE EVER AGAIN.. I could barly understand what she was saying to me ber English was horrible but what i could hear and understand was belligerent argumentative and was refused service at the drive-thru I work late and get off around 3 in the morning and then go to this McDonald's she proceeded to tell me that the system was down and I couldn't understand her and I asked her could she repeat it to me and she screamed at me and said could I understand that the system was not operating and that it wouldn't be an operation for 3 hours which is unheard of ever in fast food for a 24-hour McDonald's I was appalled that she talked to me in the manner she did and the tone of voice that you say I asked her for the general managers information she refused to give it to me and told me he would be in the morning I would appreciate if someone from this McDonald's would reach out to me from corporate office so I could please talk to them I don't understand how this lady even got her position as a manager treating people the way she does I'll never go to...
Read moreI've been to this McDonald's a few times. It isn't the closest to where we live, but it is around places we frequent a lot. I always try to give it a chance, but then I instantly regret my decision.
The first time we went in, my husband and I waited over 30 minutes for a few sandwiches, medium fries, and two drinks. I thought it was probably just a Saturday thing, but there was maybe two or three small groups in the entire restaurant. There was even a gentleman that was waiting on something with his wife well before we got there, when he finally got up and had to confront them.
The most recent time, we thought, "Just two drinks and one large fry. How long can it take?" The fries took a little over 4 minutes, no big deal. We got one drink about 5 minutes later. We waited at the counter for another 5 or so minutes before someone asked, "What else are you waiting on?" We said a hot chocolate. As she's looking at the drink I already had, she said, "This is the wrong item." She took it, and we waited even longer. All in all, it took exactly 19 minutes for our "quick order" to come out. There was nobody even in the store. It drives me nuts.
