McDonald's — Restaurant in Swatara Township

The worst experience I have ever had. I went into the store to place an order and the lady that rung me up had a very bad expression on her face. As I was placing my order I requested no salt on the fries. She rolled her eyes and once the order was complete I did not get a receipt. She then started slamming the fry basket and cursing asking why I was looking. Then she told me to stop looking and step away. Her attitude was really bad and she started to curse at me to the person standing next to her. He did not stop her or say anything to her. There were other customers inside at that time and saw how she was acting. I am very disappointed. I did not do anything to provoke her, She deliberately messed up my order and gave me salted fries. When I mentioned it she continued to talk bad about me to her coworker and refused to make my order. After 10 minutes, she finally put together my order. When the customer next to me mentioned her negative attitude, I asked the customer if she saw her name tag. The employee heard me asking and took off her name tag so I was unable to get her name. Approaching the counter this morning an employee was on a cell phone. He looked at me, turned away and walked to the back where a manager and another employee we're setting up a fan. Employee doesn't let either one of them know that there's a customer waiting up front so I just gave a a quick whistle so that somebody would know I was there. the manager then came up the front and I apologized if I seemed rude for whistling but I mentioned their employee was talking on the phone and just walked away from me. He didn't offer any apology or any kind of remark and he just asked if you could take my order. I gave him my order and then I went around the corner to fill my soft drink and about 30 seconds later the manager comes around the corner just looks at me and handed me my order. This isn't my experience every time I come into this McDonald's but when the manager just kind of shruggs you off like he doesn't care what kind of message...

I’ve been to this McDonald’s only three times and every single time it is let me down. Every single time I’ve been here my order has been incorrect. But today was the worst of them. The first time I was here, the lady was extremely rude. The two ladies I talked to with today they were nice. They told me that they didn’t have a certain drink so they made me something else after asking. After grabbing my online order I went to my car. I ordered a four piece chicken strip and a happy meal that included an extra fry and the tiny tan toy. I did not get the toy and I didn’t even get the box that was advertised, even though I saw it behind the counter. I also didn’t get the extra fry and then when I opened up my four piece chicken strip I basically got a nugget and a little more. I’m fed up...
