Went for dine in, I was the only customer in there but there were a few people going through the drive through. I ordered a french dip meal and 1/2 lb beef and cheddar sandwich only. He asks curly or crinkle fries, I saw curly. He asks what sandwich to reconfirm, I say the 1/2 lb beef and cheddar. He goes “the half pound?” I go yeah. I get my order and the only thing correct was the french dip. I got crinkle cut which I informed him of the mistake immediately. He replaced them. I ate them and my french dip but when I opened the sandwich box it was plain roast beef w the meat haphazardly tossed together. I inform him again that this was wrong and I ordered the beef and cheddar not regular. He said “you never said beef and cheddar you just said half pound!” I distinctly said beef and cheddar twice. Because he asked me to confirm it. This is ALWAYS my order at any Arby’s.
He keeps telling me not to raise my voice yet I spoke at a reasonable volume and merely replied, “I definitely said beef and cheddar, I said it twice.” I get a beef and cheddar and this was even messier and worse put together than the regular. I have never been in such a bad Arby’s location. It sucks since it was my favorite fast food restaurant but I am honestly never going to another location. I got there at 7:22 pm and it was chaos...they had a bunch of orders on their screen waiting to be filled, my order wasn't up and the workers were just making jokes, laughing and could not care less. When I came in to pick up my order a guy was arguing with the manager about what was and wasn't his job before he walked away. I advised I had an Uber so if my order wasn't ready I could cancel. The "manager" said he was training & it wasn't going well and asked the guy in the back to finish making my order. I wish I would have just canceled because I got a Hawaiian fish with a burned top bun assembled with no cheese, a tiny of spread of mayo on half of 1 bun, no tartar sauce and the meat for the Rueben I ordered for someone else was over microwaved, the bread was stale and was inedible. I knocked on the window to ask for a refund. The girl who was in there claimed she couldn't give me a refund and I would have to do it through the app... Whelp that actually isn't even possible through the app, so I had to call customer service. I explained the situation to them and I was told the only way I can get a refund is directly through the store.
