I don’t do writing bad reviews, but this visit was a difficult visit. I ordered from this location more than a few times and my orders are normally done correctly every time except for this time. I made an online pickup order, after I grabbed my order without checking because I knew everything was fine with my order and then I got home with my food it was incorrect. I wasn’t upset about it, the store was quite busy, so then I took my order back to the location to be replaced. After I explained to the manager about my order, I saw and heard a female cook in the kitchen complaining about my order to another employee loudly saying “Mf’s trying to get over and get free food etc” then walked away and kept going on. First of all I am FINANCIALLY STABLE enough to pay for my food at ease, I DON’T need free food, and I’ve purchased food at this location numerous times with no problems. I was just simply wanting my food done over correctly nothing more or less. Second, I wasn’t upset about it I was calm about the situation. After the food was finished it was still done wrong, looked as if they given me the same order back and over cooked. I had to call and get a refund and trash the reheated overcooked food after wasting my gas and time trying to get my order corrected. Read moreThis location left a bad impression of LaRosa’s. We are from out of town, visiting relatives, and my partner grew up eating LaRosa’s pizza. He missed it, so we decided to stop by this location and ask to dine in.
We knew it might be too late, as it was 9:30 PM on Saturday, November 30. Still, we asked the server if we could dine in. He said the dining area had closed at 9 PM for some reason but offered us the option of takeout. Since we really wanted to eat in, we asked about other locations.
The server kindly offered to call another location to let them know we were coming, saying their dine-in service was still open. My partner thought this was so nice and bragged about how kind people in Cincinnati are.
However, when we arrived at the other location, their dining area had also closed at 9 PM. My partner asked if the server at the first location had ever called, and the staff there said no.
They could have simply told us they weren’t sure if other locations were open instead of misleading us. It seems like they just wanted to get rid of us. Funny enough, before we left, I joked with my partner that it might have been a lie—and it turned out I was right!
We won’t recommend this location for dining in. You never know what else they might lie about.

Called the 1111 number for them to lie and say it’s should be at your door/ on the way two different times. Finally called back a third time for them to actually call the store for the manger to say the order hasn’t even left the store and they are waiting on the delivery driver to get back. At this point our 30 minute lunch break is beyond over. Cancelled the order over the phone. Went to the store to try to get the food I never received and the manger expected us to pay for old cold food that should have been delivered over an hour ago at this point. Store manger says they’re short staffed and offered us nothing not a discount, a coupon for next visit, not even our old cold food she claimed she still has in the back unless we wanted to pay for it. I just have to say this location will not be getting our services anymore and I’ll be sure to let my employees know that often order from this location to not order from here due to short staffing we wouldn’t want to over whelm them in any...
