This place is horrible. The incompetent management actually supports and encourages his unprofessional employees. It makes no sense to run a popular franchise into the ground based off of lack of customer service. This dominos is within a very small community and without the support of this community it wouldn't thrive. Their policy states that they cannot deliver in certain areas after a certain time (7pm).i reside in one of those areas. I recently placed an order at 5:45 pm and the driver left the store at 6:11pm per the tracker.i had to call them at 6:50 pm to inquire about my order.The first rude,incompetent worker lady informed me that the driver had tried to reach out but was unsuccessful. my response was "He never called me, I'm injured at the moment with small kids to feed any mother knows that if you depend on pizza delivery as dinner for the night, theres no way that you'd be so negligent as to miss the pizza guy. i had my porch light on and my phone in my hand the entire time, holding back the urge to call to ask "wheres the damn driver?" I informed her that he had never called or came for that matter, her quick fix was that she can fix the food over cause its all dried out now mind you, it had been over an hour from the time he left the store.I assumed he had let the food get cold,not being conscious of timing and didn't want to wait to re-deliver it.Instead he relied on his policy of no delivery after 7pm back him up on the fact that he'd left a customer high and dry. I asked her what accountability will dominos accept for their part, it was then the little (child of God) hung up in my face. She never addressed a refund, coupons or even a simple apology.I called a few more times and I was either hung up on or just silence. i called from my husband's phone and Voila! a new employee answers and i immediately asked for management. He did absolutely nothing but uphold his employees' behaviour.He said his driver had never lied to him before and he has no reason to investigate further. He was very dismissive, condescending, and matter of factly.I am not upset at the fact that i have to rethink dinner a mothers work is never done.More importantly, because since I've moved here I've encountered so many nice people at different places, that are eager to do their job and more. That hospitality made me feel secure and not uptight, so I'm a bit disappointed and annoyed that my favourite pizza place/choice (Dominos-definitely not 383 James Payton Blvd EVER!!) are so inefficient. Read moreI have reviewed this location before and it is pretty much hit or miss. This time I placed my order via the app, which makes things easier I thought. My order being ready notification went off and I was on my way there even stopped at ups. Ok I walked in to a pleasant greeting with backs to me but still pleasant and I reciprocated and waited. Usually that hello is followed by a I will be there in a min or an immediate how can we help you but not this time. So I realized this was gonna be longer than expected so I went back out after about 5 mins and came back with my cell phone just for entertainment. I was greeted again but this time I told them you already said hello to me I just need my food. There was stacks of pick up so I was assuming one had to be mine and I was right. She asked my name and I told her and then I said it should be free or discounted she totally ignored me and said have a good day. I already paid via the app so I was actually only playing but after her brushing me off and saying she did not see me I was getting a little upset. So you must be yelling out random greetings! Yup he's sorry. But since I paid for it there is nothing he can do.... That's straight out robbery . I should have called the police. Cause all he did was Rob me. I will never eat there again. And I damn sure will tell all my friends not to do business there again. They hate thieves as much as myself. The whole thing was just silly. ..
