Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Sylacauga

This was, without a doubt, the filthiest fast food place I've seen in years. There was no place to put your garbage as the containers were all overflowing. I saw people coming in and taking pictures of the filth. The tables were all dirty, and people were starting to leave their garbage in place on the tables.

The food was still Zaxby's. Yes, we ate there because we only noticed the mess after we ordered. We wiped down our own table. It wasn't very busy, and at one point, a young lady came out and wiped down 1 table.

This place needs help. I didn't see enough workers and if I was corporate, I'd immediately hire an exclusive cleaner for each shift to restore Zaxby's good name.

The manager needs to show up on the weekends. If he/she was actually there on Sunday, 14 April around 3pm, then y'all got bigger problems.

Should be closed down. Customer service is literally awful, every time I’ve ever been. No employee there knows how to be polite or even engage with a customer. As a former Zaxby’s employee, (not at this location) we wouldn’t be caught DEAD treating employees the way they do. Even the managers don’t know how to deal with a simple problem and make things right with their customers. Our company ordered from here for lunch, and we will never again. Our manager ordered a ZAMPLER platter, fingers and wings, and asked for extra sauces on the side. I personally heard her SPECIFICALLY ask for this. Their manager then continued to argue with my manager afterward and said that she only ordered wings and no sauce, and didn’t want to deal with the problem so she sent her to corporate. They either need to fire every employee and manager and start over, or just close...

I normally don’t post reviews unless they’re good. But I have to on this place. Probably the worst place to eat in Sylacauga. My husband and I went yesterday to eat, the lady at the register was rude when we asked if it was our food they called because we had no receipt to know what number we were. No carbonation in any of the sodas at the drink machine - literally none. We tried several different drinks and all of them had 0 carbonation. Last but certainly not least, we sat down, tried eating our (burnt) chicken, and we look over and a brown full grown cockroach was crawling up the wall at our table. We left our stuff there we were so disgusted. I get it, food places are gonna have them, but at our booth while we’re eating… that’s a no for me.
