Fricker's Sylvania — Restaurant in Sylvania

We usually love this place. Decent food, cheap beer and kids eat free. Every once in awhile the food isn’t great or the service is bad, but overall we love it. We go in at least once or twice a month. For the past two to three months there has been the overwhelming stench of raw sewage in the restroom. I had to put my shirt over my face just to breathe. You can tell they are trying to mask it with cleaning products. After dealing with it for a few visits I finally asked the manager who was standing at the hostess stand what was going on. He acted offended and told me it was “a city of Sylvania problem”. I’m not even sure what he means but to me it seems to be a real problem for Frickers. We are regular customers and will not be coming back for awhile due to this issue. It’s beyond disgusting and totally unappetizing. I don’t care if it’s an issue with the city’s plumbing, fix it. You are losing customers who have been regulars for years...

I ordered a BLT a while ago from here. Pretty straight forward. I got it with bacon lettuce and tomatoes but also mustard cheese and onions. It was disgusting. I hadn't ordered here again since then until I was given a gift card and I decided to try again. I ordered a BLT I specified what I wanted on it and this time it came completely deconstructed. The bottom of my sandwhich was just thrown on the top and everything was a mess. I also ordered Mississippi nachos this used to be one of my favorites a solid thing I knew I would enjoy. There was so little cheese I had to melt my own cheese from my house on them. No bbq sauce on the pork.

Really disappointed. I ordered togo because I have a new born and just wanted to enjoy some food at home instead I had to cook myself dinner after driving to bring dinner home.

Servers are great they are friendly and give excellent service no matter what hour. Kitchen needs...

I went in here for the first time tonight and was completely disappointed. My 12 year old daughter wasn't very hungry and just wanted the kids 2 piece tenders. They refused to sell us it because she's 12 and said that she had to get the adult meal which cost twice as much. She ate half a soggy tender and said it was gross. 8.99 for half a freaking tender. She ate one fry, didn't like it and they gave her a bread roll that she took one bite out of and said it was hard. I ordered the nachos with BBQ pulled pork. I've had better quality nacho cheese at gas stations and the pork was gross and slimy... I'm sure it came from a can. They did take my food off the bill because ask I could stomach was the chips that had nothing on them, so at least they made that part right... But they shouldn't force children to order adult portions. For this reason, I will not go back in this...
